Perfect place to satisfy your ice cream craving. Different & Tasty icecream flavours. We went there so many time but couldn't get a chance to post review. Tried almost all flavours of ice creams. They have offer in entertainer voucher for buy one get one free on icecreams & shakes.

Brian was such a pleasant customer representative, he was polite and let us taste different flavors. I had the Dulce De Leche and it was delish. However, I had a little bit of a bad experience with the topping I asked for. It was caramelized nuts (peanuts) but they tasted so bad, and smelled old and metallic. When I went back to the counter to complain about it, the other guy (Egyptian) was quite annoying and insisted that I was WRONG and that caramelized nuts are supposed to taste like that! I'm a caramel fanatic and all things caramel, if you know Garrett's Gourmet Popcorn with caramelized pecans and cashew then you know what excellent quality and taste they are. But more than the nuts it was the attitude of the other guy that was very irritating. Instead of being kind or even polite he was derisive and bit rude. If you go to this branch ASK FOR BRIAN to serve you and DO NOT TAKE THE NUTS AS Toppings. Brian replaced my ice cream and gave me a fresh scoop without nuts, awesome customer service! I highly recommend the Dulce De Leche ice cream if you like caramel and butterscotch flavors 😋

Our server Brian was really cool and assisted us in every possible way. He also brought us samples to taste at the table. I ordered the Molten cake and I loved the fact that you can change the topping (typically limited to the vanilla flavor). So I ordered the lemon sorbet topping. Typically in the restaurant the focus is on the cake, Here the cake seems like an afterthought (-1 star) but the ice cream topping was worth it.

Just like any other haagen dazs store … staffs are very attentive and ice creams are good .. tasty flavors

It was so good. Well behaved staffs. Tasty.
