Rosanna was really lovely and professional. Fully explained the process to me and talked about how she would adapt the treatment to my needs. The hydrafacial was really great, my skin feels fresh and rejuvenated. I will definitely be back.

From the moment I walked in and until I left I had the most relaxing experience. Lloyd and the team have created such a beautiful salon, you are made to feel special and my treatments were absolutely fantastic. I had an Alexandra Soveral facial which made my skin glow, it was incredibly relaxing and Maria checked I was happy with everything throughout my treatment. I then had a wash and blow-dry with Ruby who advised me on some great products for my hair and took her time to make sure I was happy with the end result. I can’t wait to come back again and I highly recommend Journey as a relaxing salon with incredible customer service. Thank-you

I had the most amazing facial with Maria on Saturday! They have introduced the Soveral facial into their salon and after using Soveral products for many years I couldn’t wait to have a complete facial with them and I was not disappointed! Maria’s technique was incredible and after an hour and a half I came away feeling amazing and my skin was glowing. I highly recommend this treatment and will definitely be back again. Pure luxury!
