Visited here for the first time today but wouldnt say it was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful but it took 35 mins for our order to arrive to our table and it wasnt even busy. The burgers were ok but nothing amazing, I certainly wouldnt order the chicken sandwich again, it was overcooked and dry but my family enjoyed there meals. There is no way I would rush back especially if it was full price and theres no atmosphere, as there us no music, we only wanted to try it as they are continuing the eat out to help out offer. They are operating a one way system so you cant visit the shop once you are seated and they dont tell you this at the door, they only tell you where the toilets and exits are, so they need to address this, as lots of people wanted to visit the shop after eating but they were telling them to go back outside and follow the one way system, a bit of a pavlava as you have to que again and get your temperature taken etc. It was alright but we will not be rushing back any time soon! So I bokked a trip to glasgow just to go to the hard rock cafe and get some pin badges. When i went to book a table online it would not let me so i messged them on facebook. They said my booking had been acepeted but Upon getting there i had to wait a good half hour to be seated as i was informed that my table was already taken up by others that was not good. But once i was seated the food was served by really firendly staff and was really nice and you got massive portion sizies. Not cheep but you expect that when you go to the hard rock. The only other bad pont i would say is i have a bit of a sweet tooth for the banana and strawbery cocktails but with the limited menu they were not doing this and gave me something similar it was nice but was left disappointed with the drink. All in all It was a very nice meal and would go to eat there agin if i was ever in that part of the world would still deffo recommend a visit.More
My friend and I visited on 5/9/2020 for a belated birthday meal. Before we entered we had to have a temperature scan and use hand sanitizer, staff all had masks and tables well spaced out. One entrance in/out. Arek was our server and he was very knowledgeable about the menu and extremely polite. We were celebrating a joint birthday so started with the Tupelo Chicken Tenders with skin on fries and the Big Cheeseburger also with the skin on fries and Chipotle Mayo. We also ordered the home made Onion rings and they were more than enough for us both. I must say that the Pinot Grigio was very enjoyable and we also had a cocktail each, We had the Fresh Agave Margarita and the Dark and Stormy cocktails which were very quaffable... All in all it was a very enjoyable birthday lunch. More
We visited Hard Rock Cafe Glasgow for a few drinks on 4 September 2020. The drinks were nice and the bar menu was very good. The staff were really friendly and offered to help us in any way that they could, letting us sit where we wanted to and gave some tips about other attractions in the city. The restaurant was very busy but all of the tables were well spread out and the bar was table service only which made everything even easier. More
