2 stars juat because of the waiting time at the reception.. You come at any point of time min 30s is the waiting.. Atleast at this time of the year full staff can be placed to expedite the requests.

the staff are rude and the hotel looks like 2 star only not 4... don't book in this hotel they dont change their bedsheets.. find better options!!!
