Our food went to the wrong table and then by the time it came out the coffees were cold. Food was nice however no table numbers made it confusing for staff.Read more
Very good coffee prepared by Stellah. A beautiful place in the middle of the Walk at Jumeira Beatch Residence.Read more
I sat at the table outside, well in view of the staff, and they kept walking by looking at me but never approaching the table to offer the menu or anything else. I was about to leave when after several looks one of waiters finally came when called, and it was already 15 minutes. My intention was to have lunch but gave up and ordered just coffee and mineral water. It took another 20 minutes. I was really upset and had to do my best to remain polite. The staff looks inexperienced, tired and not really willing to provide any service. To be avoided.Read more
Just fancied a simple pasta based meal. Easy ordering off a tablet, very pleasant staff. An alfredo and an arriabata at about 50 dirham each. Very tasty. Simple, no pretence, left satisfied Seems popular as a coffee bar as wellRead more
This place needs to be sorted out.Not enough staff and if they have any they are simply not trained properly(not their fault but they have to take all the crap from unhappy customers) with not the best English skills. They faces says a lot-tired and unhappy to be there. They proudly serve Lavazza coffee but it’s is far away from the proper way of serving it.People are returning their coffees because they taste just bad. Waiting times are beyond the joke...20 minutes for coffee,40 minutes of more for breakfast-on Saturday(weekend)???Come on! Owner should step in and fix it or hire someone competent to do it.Read more
