I eat from johnny rocket more than 12ys but today Is the worst experience ever in JR last exit north branch .. food was nt fresh at all and cold specialty that i open it directly to eat but is look like thy make it since afternoon u can see cheese freezing on hotdog and bread was oily and hard to eat same thing about burger,, i wish management take action with night shift sttaf coze thy nt deserve work in JR .. This place has the feel of a typical american burger joint. The burger is not too big, but its pretty filling. The bbq cheese tots with bacon were pretty good. We had our usual Route 66 burger which comes with grilled mushrooms and onions and then a Melrose burger which has onion, lettuce, tomato and cheese. The burger is good and the bun is soft and does not fall apart while eating, which is always good.More
One of my fave burger resto in Dubai... Smoke House and Route 88! Johnny Rockets will always be on top of my mind when I crave for a burger. Though when I tasted their burger in New Jersey in US, I didn’t find the taste I was expecting for. More
Johnny Rockets restaurant at the Mall of the Emirates is very nice, good food, and located inside the Magic Planet. We visited this restaurant many times, and the staff did the best for us. I write here many thanks to all staff and special thanks to: Mary Ann.More
Myself and my husband visited Johnny Rockets Restaurant on Sheik Zayed RD we had been in the establishment on Tuesday and wanted to use the Entertainer App that provides loads of discounts for many restaurants. We were told we could not use the app because it was a holiday which was 04/06/19 we returned to Johnny Rockets tonight 06/06/19 we were told on Tuesday we would be able to use the entertainer app on Thursday wich is today. To our surprise again we were denied the opportunity to use the app. It appears that the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Does this just happens to visitors or are there diffrent standards for the locals here? I did not like the inconsistancies with excepting the discounts that are being provided for your establishment.More
