This is our first vist in address hotel very beautiful place nice ambience, we had our dinner in karat we used our Entertainment voucher in karat, associate prem was very attentive very knowledgeable in menu he recommended us delicious kale salad , salmon and mix grill for our kid he got some chicken nuggets, in dessert we got dates sticky pudding, all the food was yammi so delicious special thanks to Chef Rupak who came to our table he asked our food satisfaction make us more touch the point. As well drinks recommended by Daniel mango passion somthi we like it! Over all our meal was very memorable evening Thanks to all the staff for sure will come back highly recommended!More
Muskan our waitress looked after us very well. Service was prompt and very friendly. The ambience of the Address Hotel, Karat Restaurant is quiet and luxurious Our food was freshly cooked and tasty. Coffee with complimentary chocolates to finish. All served on beautiful plates and cutlery and a silver tray Recommended to try as a quiet and comfortable place within the Dubai Mall.More

I have been a regular daily customer for 7 years and this is what happens when you are a regular customer at Karat lounge. When karat reopened last year after lockdown In June July I was receiving messages asking me to come back as there were no clients. Me and other regular clients, spoke to each other and decided to come back and support the business and the staff. One year later, few days ago I was at karat as usual, and had to go for 1 hour or so and to my surprise when I came back to my table all My belongings were removed and the table was given to someone else, another regular who since he discovered Karat few month ago wants that table. This is unacceptable !!!!!!!!!! and I want to know who gave to right to remove my belongings. If one has my contact details to tell me to come back to boost the business surely one can call me or message me to tell me about the situation. But NO!!!! No messages, no calls. Last week I had a meeting organized and I ask if I could have a table reserved witch seemed ok as a regular customer in a 5 stars hotel would expect, well wrong when I reached, the table was given and had to rearrange my schedule. I also noticed recently new people joined who have no clue of what they are doing so the service is to getting worse. And Honestly having to be wait for a salad or a main course for 40 minutes is not acceptable!!!! But I think the most unacceptable situation happening at the moment is : Customers depending on where they are from are treated differently. Allocation of tables, attention and care, the body language and the tone of voice. All In all an unpleasant feeling. This is message is mostly directed to the manager there: Bassem who is the worst manager the Karat lounge Actually has. The second Manager Prem is more or less the same. Actually few regular customers I have spoken to about the recent issues, told me they no longer go or go less and less to Karat for the same reasons. So keep on with your what you think is a great strategy!!! It’s very easy to get a one off customer, more difficult to get a regular and even easier to lose a customer who like me will never go back especially when in Dubai, we are blessed to have so many other better options. By the way the latest decision taken by the management to avoid the problem instead of thinking of a solution suitable to their customers is from now on: is a no reserved table policy in a 5 star hotel. Seriously!!!!More
