Has the potential to be awesome but the place needs some updates and cleaning and replacement of broken/ missing things The staff is ok. A couple ladies were super sweet but then the rest just seem bothered by helping kids(not just mine) I hope management will fix some of the broken/ gross/ missing things asap. Until then we will not go back I didn't get many pictures to show but if you just walk in there you can easily see 60%+ of the things need work

Yas mall branch Zero stars It’s very dirty! No one cares about the cleanliness of the place. The lady there she was cutting her nails inside the shop! Next to where they prepare the food!! Plus all the staff are very rude they don’t even know how to talk or to deal properly with customers. Also they were out of apple juices but have plenty of soft drinks!!! And the guy was so rude when he replied to me!! Never ever going to come here again!

Its a nice time to be back in kids factory. Thank you that you have branch in yas mall. Its a great experience for my kids. Lots of play area to explore and activities is still number one. Its also wonderful to know that they have food inside to order. Thanks lot for accommodating my kids and we will all the time. Have a great day to all.!!!!!!!.....
