I am giving it three stars as me and my kids’ experience there was less than expected the workers were unenthusiastic and it showed that it didn’t care. EXCEPT ONE A very young lady who goes by the name of Laura in district 2. The only reason I can still remember her name even after a whole year is because she gave so much energy continuously and you could tell she genuinely cared about each kid in the activity. She even adapted the activities based on what the kids collectively liked which is amazing. My kids literally went to her activities multiple times. SO KIDZANIA TAKE NOTES FROM LAURA IN DISTRICT 2!!!!More
Great place where children can understand how it feels like to go to work and they earn money but some jobs you need to pay money to work but overall we enjoyedMore
Great experience for the kids. Our son and his friends were really happy at the end. And a huge thank you to our birthday party host Shabs, you are the best.More
It’s 4 hours of fun. You run around kidzania and do lots of jobs and get kidzos Which are kidzania money and at the end you can spend it and if your hungry you can buy food.More
Genuinely the worst place ever ever taken our children. The queues were absolutely ridiculous, yes it was half term but there were clearly way too many people in there. We were very close to leaving when the kids hadn’t managed a single experience in 40mins of being there. The Kidzania team want to be anywhere but working there, their attitude is bad and bordering on angry, snapping at the kids and losing their patience very quickly. Adults pay a fortune to stand around and watch their children queue. We managed 3 experiences before we called it a day over 3hrs later and left. Never, ever again. Oh and by the way there is a rule that you can leave your child of over 8yrs old. I strongly advise if you care about their welfare to not do that. More
