The worst experience Ive ever had in Dubai. I was embarrassed for the situation in front of my friends. Zero safety, horrible smell and boat was dirty, safety equipment in bad condition.

Horrible experience. Had two bookings with them. After the first one, the yacht was dirty and not well kept, run down. I cancelled the other booking. Unfortunately, paid in advance. Was told the refund will be issued within a month. Waiting over 2 months already, sill no refund, nobody is answering my messages and my calls.
