Nice yummy pizza.. noon has more variety n large pizzas deal as compared to in store shopping.. sitting ambiance is not good.. but food is nice

Really bad food Our order consists of 2 pizzas, 4 pcs wings, bacon bites 4 pcs, wedges, cookies 2 pcs and a pasta but the pasta was only 1/3 of the container, the wings were so small that we were not happy about it and instead of the 2 pcs cookies, the restaurant gave us 2 cheese bagels instead without even giving us an explanation and the sauce which we ordered for the wings was a garlic sauce but instead they sent barbecue for no reason and we paid 137 AED (including offer) for this meal. Overall we are not happy with “Papa Murphy’s” and this may be the last order with them. The exact same thing happened when we ordered before and it happened again.

I’m so amazed with their pizzas. The new way of garlic bread was awesome and chicken pizza love it. You can use also entertainer voucher for buy one get one free.

Worst experience ordering from this branch. Never ever order directly from Papa Murphy. Usually we like their pizza taste but this time Pizza were delivered cold like rubber..almost after 2 hrs due to their GPS goof up. The potato wedges were of the worst quality and taste. Response of customer service is another joke.. "We apologized for the inconvenience you've faced but were doing our best to received your order immediately...We have set the standards way too high that even we sometimes fail to meet them... We do apologized for the inconvenience again and this is not the service we pride our selves. we highly suggest that next time when you are going to place an order from us kindly call our call center team at ******* they can place an order for you as well to avoid the same situation again." I asked for refund and it was straight away refused..That summarises their commitment.

Wow!!. One of the best pizzas in Dubai. As they say, you really get to create your own pizza and they bake it to the perfection. Quality of the food is superb. Taste is amazing and you don’t feel heavy like other pizzas. Also Chicken Alfredo pasta is worth trying. Overall a great restaurant for authentic Italian items.
