We opted for Chicken Shawarma Melts with two garlic breads and chicken wings, exploring six flavorful options. Additionally, we enjoyed a delicious Tandoori Paneer Pizza with a delightful Indian twist. Excited to try more new flavors soon.

I visited Pizza Hut at Qasis Mall and found a piece of chicken in my vegetarian pizza, a regrettable mistake on their part. Despite the staff being apologetic and offering a replacement, the experience shook my trust in the brand. While I appreciate their efforts to correct the situation, it doesn't erase the initial mishap. It's critical for eateries to respect and be careful with customers' dietary preferences. This incident should be a wake-up call for better quality control measures. I am willing to give Pizza Hut another chance, hoping they address this issue earnestly. My expectation is that future visits will reflect the respect for customer preferences I once trusted Pizza Hut to uphold.

Usually i don't give my review on such service providers but today we visited pizza hut osis mall branch first of All they kept us waiting for 15 minutes for placing order later when i received my order which was 2 large pizza the base was uncooked and this is first time ever i eat a pizza which was more likely eating on local desi dhaba even oil was coming out of packing box staff was really unprofessional and didn't even provide us any sauce with 140AED order. if their would be any zero star rating i would have choose that.

I normally appreciate pizza hut but this branch is not good. I ordered a large vegetarian pan pizza and I only ate one slice and so my company. None could take another slice as the base was undercooked. It's a pitty because we were really hungry.
