I ordered a deal of buy one get one via zomato. The resturabt sent me one pizza and when I complained they said I selected one.seiorsly !!! How was my order processed and full payment charged when my order was not complete. Joseline who said she was the supervisor of barsha branch said she can't do anything. I should contact zomato. No one from zomato helped. I had the worst experience ever.they should have called me to check but MsJoseline said they don't call customers - if you weren't sure you should have sent me the same pizza ...but no because no one wanted to send that pizza in the first place. If you did then the resturabt supervisor after knowing that it was an error she should ahve done something. But she chose not to do anything g. It's a shame ! Me and my friend were working till late yesterday, naturally we were hungry and my friend was craving for pizza so we ended up here. We ordered Calabrese and Pollo Piccante pizza, I have always found their pizzas to be average but I don’t know if it was hunger or what surprisingly the pizza was amazing, much better compared to what I have had before from Pizzaro. The service was beyond expectation, I have mentioned the details below. I will recommend this place to anyone who’s living around Al Barsha or MOE. Rating and comments for this visit:- 1. Focaccia bread - This came complimentary, it was great, I enjoyed it with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.(3/5) 2. Calabrese Pizza - It was simply kickass, the flavours were balanced and complimenting each other.(4/5) 3. Pollo Piccante - It was good, the flavour was really nice but I don’t enjoy chicken pizza, so I really did not enjoy it but the pizza was done perfectly.(3/5) 4. Service - This was the best part, now when I happen to go to a pizza joint specially after midnight, I don’t expect high quality service because naturally where ever I go at wee hours generally the staff are mostly tired and not in a mood to work, however this time I was amazed, there was a gentleman by the name of Shahid who was serving us, he was professional, polite and very hospitable even at wee hours, now that’s what I call excellent service, please keep up the good work.(4/5)More
Located behind the Mall of the Emirates in Al Barsha. Plenty of parking available around.(paid). Very small and cozy pizzaria, serving really fresh and delicious pizzas. Not the cheapest, but if you go on Tuesday like we did, everything is half price, which makes it great value. Starters were OK,nothing to write home about, and don't bother taking the fondant it really wasn't much good... Just go for the PIZZA... Open 24hours for delivery... If you like pizza, then I'm sure you're going to like Pizzaro; my son and I certainly did...More

I am a customer of Pizzaro, weekly going. I am receiving sms and on the bills also is mentioned that i can have some promotions but when i am ordering, they are not considering this promotions. If the promo is there they should give this to any one, not only to few customers.More
