We found this place on tripadvisor after shopping in the area and it held up to the amazing reviews. Great Italian food, very tasty. We also got the potatoes and the Buffalo wings which were very delicious and spicy as well. The staff was very friendly gave us a complementary dessert as a gift for our honeymoon. Thank you Principle Bali!

Principle was our kids choice in restaurants on our 5th night in seminyak... probably one of the best places we have eaten so far... the calamari and the shrimp tapas to start among the most enjoyable calamari we have eaten tender and fresh yummy favours... mains we chose the sausage spaghetti, braised waygu and crispy orange duck and chicken salad , flavors to die for... we shared all the meals together and were blown away with each. The flavors were incredible even the vegetables were cooked to perfection. The desserts were a perfect finish to the meal.. everything was cooked with love and passion... great service and amazing food made one of our best dinners so far. Our only complaint was it was served in a bowl and we couldn't lick the plate. Thanks guys for a great evening out.

Nice place, but not 5 stars. Food was good and tasty, we were satisfied with its quality. The only thing that made me give 4 stars instead of 5 stars is that when you order any drink without ice they bring you your drink diluted with water, so that your juice or other drink loose its original taste. The staff there is very good and polite, so it’s a pleasure to have a breakfast or lunch there in such pleasant atmosphere.

Slow cooked braised beef with creamy mash and mushrooms is amazing. We enjoyed the bruschetta and calamari to start. The crispy skin duck flavour is incredible. The chef came and chatted to us about all the prep they do - this is the type of place worth eating out for as you won’t do all the things they do to get the flavour.

We have travelled Bali for 4 weeks, and this was the best!... We will definitely come back. We had a lovely pasta bolognese and a confit duck salad - both dishes was tasty, delicious and well balanced. After the succesfull main course, we had to try a dessert. Caroline got a almond butterscotch tart, and I had a chocolate cake with passion ice, and nice good strawberries. Everything was tastefull and we can not wait to come back one of the next days. The staff was very friendly and the owner came down to the table and asked if we liked the almond butterscotch tart, because it was a new dessert on the menu. We had a nice chat, which reflects the whole atmosphere in the restaurant.
