Excellent hotel in every aspect. Want to specially thank Mrs Dally in the reception, very professional and kind. Upgraded our room for my wife's birthday. We also booked a business lounge access which is wonderful during the whole day along with quality breakfast choices. The gym is big so the pool area. Many superb restaurants in the hotel and the views are inspiring

Good service, good care to the guests. Can find a good number of items for breakfast. Try to get the room in the top floors for an even better view. The videos I posted are from the 4th floor ( 3 Parking + M + 4 Floors ), it's a canal view room. Almost every daily essentials are provided except for the brush and tooth paste, so carry them. Have amenities such as Gym, Spa, Breakfast counter. No need to worry about taxis while you have anywhere to visit, also Radisson is providing Shuttle services to a few places.

I had very bad customer service in check-in. The manager, his name was anas made a serious mistake at the reception. The room card was received, and the room belonged to someone else. When we opened the room, we were surprised by a person sleeping in the room. The manager did not know what he was doing, and he did not apologize to us either. His words were tactless, and his responses were not appropriate for a hotel manager, unfortunately. and he didn't give me the room which I booked with canal view it is not available he said. However, the room was paid before. Also, he said I her not to serviced the clients .

Our stay at the Radisson Blu Canal View was amazing. It is super close to Dubai Mall and all the attractions if you are on vacation like we were, but also in the Business Bay area and a lot of other guests in the Hotel looked like they were on a Business trip, so everything is super professional and neat. Everyone from the staff is wonderful and very very helpful, especially Hakim. We had 4 very heavy luggage bags and he took care of them like a pro, from taking them away from the room to loading them to the cab. He even called the cab for us. I am writing this review specially for him. Thanks to Hakim and the whole Radisson Blu Team.

Went to Saturday brunch today with my family! It was delicious ! Very beautiful view from the terrace! Thanks to the polite staff ❤️ The menu was very varied! Unlimited snacks are a special kind of pleasure! I recommend visiting
