It’s bit hard if you will depend on the pick up and drop off that is offered by the hotel because from my exeprience they sometimes didn't commit to the time. However the staff is so friendly especially Anas the best front office I have encounteredMore
The team are pleasant, but if you're expecting 5 star standards in the room and restaurant, you'll probably be disappointed. Breakfast was average. Location is not ideal - whilst there are views over the canal, the other side is the main road, which is extremely busyMore
While it’s nice that the bathroom was spacious, I didn’t like how it was set up. Nevertheless, everything was great. The room was wonderful and clean, and the staff were very delightful, efficient, and eager to help esp the doormen. Great location as well. It was an enjoyable stay and how I wish we weren’t just passing through! More
The hotel is situated in a very good area, very close to the main city attractions. The hotel room is amazing, it offers a great view and the room service is great. The breakfast personal are very kind and took care of us in best possible way. Especially Michael, which has a very big heart and always a smile on his face, made me feel very welcomed. The service is excellent and I recommend an accommodation at this hotel with all my heart! PS: the pool & it’s view is also amazing! Best wishes, Stephanie NicoleMore
