We were here in time of the coronavirus when you might expect it is clean. The room was dirty, the offered us another room but that was also dirty. On the place also everywhere dirt and trash. Staff was very friendly, that is no issue but this hotel is not worth the money and it was very quiet but even than they seem to be not able to clean. A nice place to stay for food and drink was The Lounge. Robbie, 1 of the waiters deserves a 10 for his service and kindness. For that reason we give a 2 but otherwise it would have been for sure a 1.Read more
We love visiting this place as it has multiple pools, bars and restaurants. Beach view is amazing. A lovely place to stay with good ambience. Location is one of the reasons we love going there. Overall a great tripRead more
Myself and my husband just returned from a fantastic and super relaxing stay at the Radisson Blu, Dibba, Fujairah. The hotel has a fantastic layout with doorstep access to the beach, a number of swimming pools and a wide range of activities provided on a daily basis. The snorkeling trip to Dibba Rock is definitely recommended and was a highlight of our weekend. The water sports staff (especially Lakshita, Amal and Mahamoud) tended to our every need. As a first time snorkeler, they put the guests at ease with guidance and supervision. There are a number of restaurants for the guests to avail off. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner in the Breeze Restaurant. The staff were extremely courteous. In particular, Rimon, Athulya, Sebu, Saeed and Head Chef Upnanada for their attention to detail and super friendly service. Although the hotel was very busy, the numbers and activities did not affect the peace and tranquillity of our stay. Although we stayed there as a couple it was evident how much families and their children enjoyed the hotel facilities with many events hosted for all. Would highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic weekend get away in a beautiful setting. Finally a big thank you to Cleta for making it possible.. much love from Mr and Mrs Devine!Read more
my wife and i can only echo the comments of the previous review by John from Maidstone(who we met on holiday ). If you want warm winter sunshine, plenty of sun beds and superb service then this hotel is right for you. we stayed for 10 days in Block 3--which is the furthest from the bar and restaurant and is very peaceful indeed. Our room -3123 -was excellent -with a lovely bathroom and very comfortable bed. The cleaning service by Hairum was top notch. We spent some days on the lovely beach and others by the quiet pool in front of block 3 -which is not heated -but fine for swimming. If you want a heated pool then go to the main one by the bar -which is noisier -but the hotel grounds are so spread out it is easy to find a quiet place to read, sleep, sunbathe and swim . We took the minibus to Dubai for one day -and absolutely loved the city-where "impossible is not a word". Thoroughly recommended. At the hotel food wise the buffet could get a little hectic at times -and I think a change of decor would make it a bit more up to date. we ate after 8pm when it was quieter after families had already dined. Breakfast choices were excellent -and we always managed to find a table on the balcony -which is the best place to eat in my view. We also ate at the Al Nokhada arabic/indian restaurant which was very good -but the prices were a little confusing . The other a la carte restaurant Grand Bleu is outside by the beach and has an excellnt , if not cheap menu. we think it would be more busy if all inclusive/dinner bed and breakfast guests were entitled to two included meals every 10 days . It was often very quiet which is a shame. Finally the staff-some of the most hard working and cheerful we have ever encountered . Examples include Kritika at Coffee Planet, Amira at breakfast reception,Oumaima in the Breeze Buffet, Kishortimalsina in Breeze and bar who seemed to be everywhere he was needed, Athulya in the Lounge Bar , and Shiama in the spa -who gave me 3 vigorous and effective massages easing my back pain. We did not get all the names -but all the staff are a credit to themselves and the hotel . We would definitely recommend this hotel -but remember that is is a family hotel -so don't expect adults only luxury . we loved our time here . Jeff and CoralRead more
Just returned from 10 days at the radissonblu. The hotel is located in a magnificent position with a long beach and plenty of sunbeds / parasols which are needed in the hot sun.. .Several pools and whilst the main pool is packed with extremely noisy children and their parents, the hotel layout enables you to get away from the racket if you so desire, as we did. The room we were in (1109) was excellent. Whilst it overlooked the pool it was well soundproofed and the evening entertainment did not go on late enough to be a problem. The staff were extremely polite and attentive and special mention should go to Jyoti and Gamil in the lounge bar area who went out of their way to make us welcome . Also never tired of chatting to Ai Dai who is moving to dubai in a couple of weeks and she will be a great loss to the hotel. The Breeze restaurant was quite adequate but as with most buffets could have done with the food being hotter. The egg/omelette chef was excellent despite unwarranted criticism from certain guests.Mention should also be made of Raymond who never failed to be bright and cheerful (though I never received the camel and 8 Ferrari 's he promised in exchange for my wife -----just as well really !) So a very good holiday if you don't mind children or persons from other massive countries. Read more
