Unbelievably clean and pristine property that is second to none. The rooms were immaculate and well maintained as was the property in general. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. Special shout out to Rubie and Issa - they were total pros who helped me get situated even I checked in at 2am after traveling for 20+ hours! They made me feel right at home!

Which ever staff member me and my son spoke to, they were consistently friendly, professional and efficient. Also, our room was always kept clean, tidy and the hotel's own body shower cream was the best i have ever used in a hotel.Also, our drinks were always plentiful. The food, breakfast, lunch and dinner was so varied and very tasty. The money i paid has more than enough been compensated and would recommend it to anyone. I look forward to returning to this hotel.

Sunday brunch was amazing. Variety of foods are phenomenal. I would just like yo highlight these wonderful people who gave me and my family excellent customer service Silvia, Lexie, Kim, Angie and Jessica. All of which gave my family wonderful service. Kudos to the team. Definitely coming back. Cheers 🍻

Very nice classic style hotel. The staff and reception are very kind and helpful. The most important thing for me is the food😂. The BBQ day at the open buffet was very nice and I recommend the steak. Special thanks to Nikita, Rubie and Koan for finding my lost wallet. I appreciate that. Very much, and I thank them again for your kind treatment

Location is good as it is very near the airport and near our convention site. However, if you are traveling to explore Dubai, it is a bit far from downtown. Rooms are nice and clean with all the needed amenities. Service is also very good (special mention to Rubie and Kim).
