All the food is nice and fresh. I had foul (bean stew) which was tasty and served with bread. No basboosa or kenafa were available despite being advertised on the menu. Neither was Arabic coffee available. Really bad considering they are advertised and in an Arabic café. The person I was with had a zatar pasty which came out like a zatar pizza. It was nice but not garnished and nothing special. The waiters don’t seem confident or competent. I was asked to repeat my order again 2 mins after initially ordering. The lady who works there is moody and seems stressed and seems to order the waiters around.More
I go to the Royal Coast Cafe all the time for shisha and food. I am absolutely in love with the place. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the staff are very welcoming. Its my favourite chill out place.More
Absolutely brilliant food, very reasonably priced and friendly, welcoming, very efficient staff. Be aware - The portions are large, the falafel meal, on the menu as a hot starter, is the size of a main course in other places. Main meals from the grill and wraps are available as one or two skewers, so portion sizes for all appetites. It's not just a grill though, there is an amazing selection of food and drink available here. Why am I telling you this? If everyone finds out how good this place is, I'll only complain if I can't a seat when I next come..... A really fantastic place - highly recommended. The only downside is the location, within the concrete, pedestrianised shopping centre - can't win 'em all I suppose... Ignoring the location though, The restaurant and staff are excellent.More
