I am shocked to see a bath robe like this … asked the hotel service to change it however the new one smells like Indian curry .. I don’t mind hearing the disco music from the hotel since I am traveling from a halal country.. but if you wanna be rated as a 5-star hotel at least keep it as neat and clean .

Everything great and the room is tidy and the service was amazing the problem i had with it is the people that rented a stay here were drunk and there was a bar and it was extremely loud there was a club also and the ac was not working me and my family were cold the entire night we couldn’t go to sleep because we smelled alcohol and smoke over all it was a great stay

Hotel had become old.Lift is very slow to reach 23 rd floor. This is best place for spending night club and best for the bachelors. There is one Indian restaurant is there named Tanatan and their you can get the fresh and delicious food . According to me I would give 3 starts for this hotel

Big thanks”amjad”, as forgetting your phone while check out is a huge disturbance especially after leaving the premices for a couple of hours .. but when you have a great as the hotel ramee has, and the concern of follow “Amjad” we were in complete relaxation the whole time as he helped us along our whole stay as well Fully booked rooms and upgrading us free to a suite was a beautiful experience and gesture .. thanks all

Disappointment & Satisfaction. Thanks to Rizza and Ronald for the help and assistance. These two knew their job well, always ready- all the time. The venue was good, but we are extremely disappointed for the FOOD/KITCHEN SERVICE. The very first time in our events in Bahrain where some of our guests/attendees had no food to eat during dinner. The Philippine Teachers Association Bahrain experienced and witnessed an unpleasant situation last November 3, 2023 : a number of attendees waited for the food at the buffet area, some of them in fact went back to their table with plates empty! also, additional food added after 25 minutes with chicken wings obviously half cooked! Please take care of your customers.
