Sense of Touch

So glad I found Sense of Touch! I’m visiting HK for a week and needed a good deep cleansing facial before a wedding this weekend. The receptionist explained the options and I went with the HydraFacial and requested extra emphasis on blackhead extraction. The esthetician, Beena, was gentle, thorough and very skilled. I’ve had plenty of facials but this treatment left my skin looking clear, clean and glowy. The facial was also accompanied by a relaxing neck and shoulder massage and I left feeling like I was on cloud 9. Highly recommend!!

I came here for a massage and facial which were quite good. But then it was time to pay, the sales person explained the package deals. I said I wasn't interested today. She didn't listen at all and kept trying to sell me packages really aggressively for way to long. This is not what I want after I've just had a relaxing massage. Really ruined the experience and I won't go back.

i have been member since last 12 months or so ..whilst the work is good the place itself has very aggresive sales team. infact some practices are not the right approach (fair business practices) when you want long lasting relationships with your clients. the spa was shut many times due to covid so in a normal situation they should have automatically extended the timeline which they clearly did not. neither did they bother to Inform me before hand on the expiry date of my contract. if informed earlier I would have booked more session to use up the balance. today when I went for my session I was informed my contract has expired and to ensure the balance in my account is not forfeited I need to buy another 12 months. when asked if have some time to consider I was given none . this to me is very unfair way of selling . I get so many messages and emails from the parlour but never was informed about my contract expired timeline . I feel I was pushed to buy another 12 months ( which ideally I would have anyways ) . to corner the customer and sell the product approach. I have bought 12 months very reluctantly and post this period will not like to join or recommend to anyone .. complete disappointment !!!

It's truly a lovely experience from welcome to treatment & farewell! Considering the usually noisy location it's like stepping into a little world of serenity & the treatment (Full body relax massage) was by far the best I've had in Hong Kong. I felt taken care of, truly pampered & not rushed as I so often feel in Hong Kong spas. Lovely ladies who work there & really know there stuff! Wish I'd have come years ago, I wouldn't have gone anywhere else!
