Sense of Touch

Got the Warm Stone Tension Release Massage 60 mins ($1280) as a gift from a friend and absolutely loved it. Private room with shower was spacious and reminded me of Thai. The masseuse was also firm (and not just running her hands across my skin) so the massage itself was great too. I will add that as much as I loved the experience and am keen to try the other things they have to offer, it is quite pricey… Even with the membership (as it’s only valid for 12 months). That’s the one downside I suppose.

Nice place. I went there for a hydra memory facial. The staff was very friendly and nice. The person who did my facial was also very nice. She explained me everything and it was nice experience. The environment was quite relaxing and nice. Would surely go back again and recommend this place to everyone.

The service at the reception is mediocre. It's more of a get in get out kind of attitude. Which is unacceptable at at price of 1400. I wanted to choose the therapy and I had to tell it twice to the therapist Lilly who was very vague about it. She was the therapist who could not explain me the difference between the different massages. The massage was ok. She kept saying “ you can't take pressure and giggling about it” which is not required. I must have reached the reception around 4.10 ( not sure of the exact time) . Then I filled a health form, had a tea which was horrible, then I was taken to the room. After the dance drama of waiting for the therapist to show the different massages and getting ready, I am quite sure we would have started around 4.30 or later ? But the massage ended at 5.45. It definitely felt shorter than 90 min for the massage. After I changed I came to the reception alone from the room and the lady at the reception told me my remaining amount and that was it. No feedback asked nothing.I asked her how is the time calculated, she said it's from the time u leave for the room! Shouldn't it be when the therapy starts? Very poor customer service! I have done many massages on HK island side( Shangrila, Four seasons and Hyatt)and know of the massage etiquette and therapy time. Since we moved here and the location is very convenient I was very excited to try this place. But it did not live up to the price they charge and my expectation given that it's also a 5 star facility.

The massage was ok, service was good. I didn’t expect they will charge that kind of price! The room has a funky smell and the ambiance is mediocre. My honest opinion for the experience i had, 90 mins body massage for $1500 should be no more than $800-900 top!

I will never get tired of Tseung Kwan O Spa! The place is convenient. The Spa is beautiful. Excellent service and very friendly staff from the reception to the therapist! I have recommend this spa to some of my friends and were very much happy. Therapist are proffessionals. I just had a good massage today and made booking for facial next week. I am totally feeling great! I love TKO spa!
