Lovely location and rooms but some rooms smell with humidity but house keeping gave us a different room. I had multiple incidents with staff not understanding basic english even if they confirm the request then do not deliver. for example the night before check out I asked reception to store some ice packs in the kitchen freezer so second day I can have it ready for the airport to store my infants food , second day in the morning during check out, I requested to retrieve those ice packs, the receptionist said absolutely she will send someone to go ahead and grab that for me in perfect English then calls someone and speaks in Indian dialect, 15 minutes goes by and she asks if I have an ice bucket to store the ice which doesn’t make sense because they are ice packs then I had to repeat my request again , another 15 minutes goes by and by this time I’m already late to the airport and the receptionist tells me she has sent housekeeping to my room and they cannot find the ice packs then I explained to her again my request , another 15 minutes go by and I decided to let it go as I believed that she simply did not understand, and ultimately, if I kept on waiting and explaining , I would’ve missed my flight. I had to rush, running with my family to the airport with infant food that went bad , due to her lack of understanding. Thanks Sheraton.
