I hope you will find reviews useful. What’s special about place: it’s locate on the 1st floor of Habtoor Palace. You can find live entertainment while you are dining in. Lovely place, with good atmosphere. Customer service: doesn’t deserve for 5star hotel, order something and wait at least 30 minutes, even though they have countable customers. We have been there with family for afternoon tea, and strongly disappointed with their actions 🤦🏽‍♀️ Cleanness: it’s ok Prices: I would say reasonable, but same price you can enjoy much better in Versace Palace ( I’m about afternoon tea) Parking: hotel offers complimentary valet parking Overall experience: will not visit again, never 👎🏿

Came down to celebrate a birthday, absolutely loved it. The afternoon tea was wonderful, staff extremely attentive and value for money. Will surely return back soon to spend a relaxing day.

The hotel is magnificent and stunning, staff are very friendly and everything about the place is exceptional. Why the 3 stars? The high tea was simply okay. Called to book and it took an hour to confirm availability. I then cancelled another booking for the highly rated experience. The restaurant was empty and not sure why it was so hard to get a table. Food was simply okay, taste was good. The staff were fantastic and very friendly. A majority of the tea is served in tea bags, which not what one would expect of a high end hotel. The scones were presented nice however the jam was not premium or fresh jam. The coffee was less then great. I really wish I had a better experience. Made the booking based on so many reviews however left with the feeling of being let down.

Sidra Lounge is the height of exquisite!! The afternoon hi tea is amazing, top quality ingredients and simply delicious. You get a set stand with a choice of three beverages with the package and it's really totally worth it. There are canapes, quiche and scones, and this makes up the best 3 hrs. of your day. The amazing service from the staff, is what cinched the experience, Mukul went over and above, he is attentive, polite and knowledgeable(based on my taste, his recommended rose bud tea was a delight). Irish is also very gracious and helpful. A perfect afternoon well spent. Will definitely recommend to all our friends for the amazing spread and top notch service!!
