This is our third time holiday at Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua and the resort keep their high and distinctive services to us. Even though there is a major renovation happening but all facility and services still at best standard provided by the hotel and the staff. We stayed at pool villa with honeymoon occasion that very well arranged . Special thanks Club Lounge staff, Ms Sukma, Mr. Edi, Ms Putri, and the manager Ms Dian was readily available to answer any concerns or questions. Also the rest of villa butler and reception for their professional and helpful courtesy to us as always.More
Love the Nusa Dua Sofitel.! Amazing pool. Great food options (amazing buffet breakfast) and also great amenities. Our room which has the most comfortable bed was always serviced very well by Dika. Would love to come back again to visit soon.More
It is a wonderful hotel to stay at nusa dua. We have very wonderful holiday stayed at sofitel, we spend 4 nights and we bring such best memory during vacation. The room was clean and the bed quite spaious...the twin bed size 140cm each, the pillow quite soft and comfy. The breakfast have plenty and tasty, and thus they also provide indomie (indonesian best selling instant noodle). The pool so nice...and the beach is the best facility as the have private beach just right on your back yard.More
First time back to Bali post Covid and while staying at Nusa Dua many many times over the years, this would be our 3rd stay at this Sofitel. Overall, post Covid, Bali is a very sad place with sooo many of the restaurants/places/markets and even hotels we have been to in the past, now closed. This Sofitel hotel is well staffed and the rooms have everything you require. Housekeeping was good and a male called Wirana did a great job with keeping our room clean and well stocked with everything we wanted. We came here with a package that included all meals - TAKE CARE with this as you have a very restricted menu and not something I would do again. Staff in restaurants were very hit or miss with every meal If wanting to go to places like Bali Connection, the trolley bus now longer operates and when you arrive there, you understand why as it is a shadow of former self with only about 5% of the shops open. FYI - We decided to not bargain as hard in markets as felt sorry for the locals as very few tourists even if Australian flights were all full. We paid overs for everything as still a super cheap holiday when all things considered Don’t think we will come back to Bali for a while and wait for the place to get back on its feet.More
My partner and I were to happy to return to Bali and have wanted to stay at the Sofitel for it's amazing pools and we were not disappointed. The grounds are extensive with a great feel of being in a tropical rainforest. Plants and water features everywhere! We had booked a plunge pool room however, due to some construction previously done the pool had not been cleaned properly. This is when I interacted with the very helpful and attentive duty manger Yuni A. It was one of the first times I had dealt with a manager that did not start the conversation with a NO or I cannot. She was very apologetic and immediately rectified the situation and personally ensured my remaining stay was to my expectations. In addition she organised a delivery for some personal items I had left behind after my stay. Thank you and I hope she receives the deserved recognition by the Sofitel Team. The beach was very clean and their beach club was a great place to relax and enjoy happy hour drinks. The food in general was ok. The breakfast was extensive and can be very busy, however the team are very well organised and it did not fell crowded. The grounds are very clean as well as all the pools. They have an endless list of activities to do as well. You will not be bored. I will happily stay here again and is probably one of t best hotels in the Nusa Dua area.More
