We hade a Nice holiday,unfortunately had a hassle with the vale parking, and a recepoinste muhamed falsely accusing my wife of stealing a car, in front of other hotel guests and also hearing the conversation, after a long discussion the manager tried to solve it, i indicated that we would like an apology but we have never had that from muhamed he denied it!i have slept in multiple sofitels and other hotels around the world and have never been treated like this. I sincerely regret that I did not have an apology from muhamed and that he has denied the whole insult while other guests have heard it too. too bad the management let their staff treat guests like this. Hotel is Nice and big. If muhamed just said sorry we wouldn’t be this angry. Now we left with bad experience More
What a relaxing day at Sofitel the palm spa,facilities are safe and clean I personally love the indoor pool and most specially the staff they’re amazingly friendly and always have a helping hand to mentioned with Rashed my therapist was a prof., to Phyu in the reception,to the lifeguard Patricia,Isaac,prosperous and to all the staff thank you so much and kudos to everyone!!!!!More

First time at Sofitel,Dubai and no more stay at any other hotel in Dubai. Service was excellent and lovely!, Staffs are so pleasant, attentive,care and committed to make sure all guests are happy. I would like to mention :PRAVEEN from Maui restaurant to gave us very care and attention while having our lunch.it was amazing stay in Sofitel.
