The hotel is very nice and Staff are the best. Special thanks Teddu, Ramesh and Akshay from the house keeping team for looking after me so well and making our stay extremely comfortable and memorable. Thank youMore
These guys have performed the duties relentlessly from the time we checked in over a month back till today. They are the real gems and need to be nurtured well and then placed at a leadership position in future. They will be great resources in future too.More
The best staff ever! Housekeeping are amazing and help us every single day! Thank you very much for everything to AUNG/SUNIL/SANJAYA/ANIL and to the rest of housekeeping staff that I don’t know the name. You are professional and also good peopleMore
Stayed here for our last couples holiday before baby, so I was 8 months pregnant during our stay. We booked a club room as a treat. We were guided to the lounge reception for check in and that made the process very simple and less stressful. We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel grounds were lovely, you really feel like you’re transported to another place. The grounds are expansive, well manicured and very clean. You have a lot of options as far as outdoor spaces are concerned and they have what looked like a nice kids pool, sadly they didn’t look like they offered any refreshments by the pool for the kids pool area however that largely didn’t matter as it turns out you really had to seek service at the other pool as well. The service everywhere was average and non-existent by the pool. You had to go to the pool stand to order the drinks, they ran out of everything for their smoothies (of which there were many) and you had to wait ages to get your drinks when you were finally able to order. As the stand was largely unmanaged and we spent quite a bit of time by the pool. The pool itself was packed with Privily day pass guests for most of the days we were there which was disappointing as it left hotel guests fighting for chairs at the pool. Unfortunately that meant that the pool occupancy was a lot higher than I felt it should be given the current climate. The premier lounge was nice, the food was ‘OK’ our biggest complaint was that people were NOT observing COVID rules. Guests were walking around the restaurant with no masks (which is contradictory to instructions on ALL the signs around the hotel) and this was on all days we were there. When we confronted the staff about it they were dismissive, and never asked the guests to put masks on. During our stay it became obvious that people weren’t wearing masks when walking around the hotel common areas either. This was in crowded areas of the hotel… we brought this up to the lounge agent on our way to dinner and were met with ‘oops’ and no further action from the staff to address this issue, which is pretty poor from a hotel like this in my opinion, particularly because myself and my husband were respecting the rules (despite being 8 months pregnant). The best part of this stay was our dinner at the Porterhouse steak restaurant which I will put on a separate review to be fair with the ratings, as the food and the service there were exceptional! Overall, I didn’t consider this stay value for money considering what we paid and won’t be staying again.More
Dubai has probably as many high quality hotels per square mile than anywhere else on the planet so for any property to succeed they have to deliver a top-notch service and this property certainly does just that! Each element of the hotel’s services and amenities shows meticulous attention to detail, the rooms and public areas are kept immaculate (a big concern during COVID) and the staff really couldn’t be more helpful or attentive. During our stay we made use of the Premier Lounge which is a real oasis offering snacks and drinks at times through the day, the staff are brilliant! The grounds are never busy (no problem with sun beds or towels during our stay) and the private beach offers a great escape if you prefer seawater swimming. The whole area is quiet and offers the perfect opportunity for relaxation. The rooms are very quiet, comfortable and very well equipped. The property is low-rise (far better than the usual anonymous tower blocks in Dubai) with a wide range or restaurants and bars scattered throughout the grounds covering every taste in cuisine. The property is located on a “quieter” part of the Palm but easily accessible to the usual tourist hotspots of Jumeirah and wider Dubai. Would I return to the property? Most definitely!More
