Stirling Steaks

It was a casual walk-in lunch and we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food. The flanks were juicy and the sauce made the dish delicious. An area of improvement would the the pineapples; they could have been thicker so that you still get a lightly seared surface yet juicy to the bite. On service, Alex was very friendly and was attentive to our needs. He also checked in on our meal at the end of it which is something that is lacking in the service industry in Singapore. Glad to have had Alex as our server (and chef).

Walked by Stirling Steaks a few weeks ago on a grocery run, noticed their Steak buffet offerings and after asking my friend if she's been there, we decided to book for a reservation slot for last Saturday 12pm. We were welcomed by Mr Alex to a seat by the window. Restaurant was surprisingly empty at that time.( I reckon this would be the best time to go for first timers to the establishment since it would get crowded for dinner service, either way best to make a reservation) Music was okay, played at a good volume to allow for conversation. So after looking through the menu, we ordered for two platters of beef (one after the other) with fries and salad as sides. Service was polite. While we were going through with our first platter, the restaurant started getting filled up. The beef from the first platter was really good, however, we felt that the rump and flank from the second platter was slightly drier. The sauce is refillable at 50cents each if you finish what they provided the first round. Btw I asked for the balsamic vinegrette to be served aside. It usually comes tossed in with the salad greens. So, the charge was around $40 each after GST and one round of soft drinks. Overall, we were comfortable, enjoyed some time to ourselves, had some great beef and would recommend this place if you love steak.

Patty from the beef burger was soft & moist! Fish & chips was not bad All the fries were quite tasty - the paprika gave it a nice spin Grilled chicken was ok Staff did not repeat our order & missed out on our salmon unfortunately Tomahawk was nicely sliced but the meat that was still attached to the bone was pretty much raw, I guess it was not meant to be eaten? Worth it with the 1-for-1 Burpple deal

Went on a weekday lunch , no need to wait before seated. Both the burger and Steak we ordered was great. Alex was really nice , great service. Definitely will be back again .

Had entertainer 1-for-1 which made it worth. Steak were well cooked, though a bit bland without the sauce, can season more. They were really tender though. Truffle fries were lacking in truffle flavors, only the top few fries had truffle flavors. Mash potato was bland too.
