Upon arrival I honestly felt intimidated by the security yard that approaches you and shouts in your face “ have you got a reservation” it becomes an argument to get past him when there is a queue of people next to you. Upon meeting the Host who was so friendly she asked us to take a seat as the table was running late to have back. This was no problem, however as a table of two, the same security guard who was on the front door on the 19th October 2021 told a large party to sit on a small couch with us. This was really uncomfortable, not a great first impression. Upon being taken to our table, we was introduced to our server who was so friendly and honestly amazing at his job. we was using the “ladies” and “lads” offer, once the mains was served the food runner had not bought out the sides which we ordered.. when questioned on this he replied. “ males don’t get sides on ladies night” after a thorough conversation I asked if he could just get me them and I would pay extra. ( even though this was included on the menu) Honestly, I felt so sorry for the staff as they would have to manage with very difficult guests. Thank you to the lovely Host and our server on this night, but I think the Security at the front door really makes your experience feel really intimidating…More

Two for one Wednesdays drinks and food is supreme value. Service by Hesbon was epic. He looks like Victor Wanyama, COYS! Great guy organized special birthday celebration for the missus. Steaks best in Dubai. PS my girlfriend said Hesbon has a nice voice.More
I came with my friend on Tuesday night to try their gents offer, three course meal and 2 drinks for 300dhs, which I found to be decent - particularly given the normal price of steaks at the restaurant etc. Our servers were really good, nice and friendly and very on it considering it's very busy on Tuesday nights ...(and dark with the club-like feel!). Only annoying point, and I've noticed this a couple of times I've been, is the bouncer who literally squares up to you as you walk through the door into the darkened restaurant. And - being a big guy -almost forces you to step backwards as you go in while he 'asks' (or more: demands) if you have a reservation. It's completely unnecessary and aggressive way to start your evening when you're just walking through the door. Plus, in times of COVID I don't need someone in my face like that when I'm just trying to arrive at my table where my friend is waiting for me. If you have a host to take you to dining area/ask about your reservation at the door, I don't see a restaurant needs this guy *literally* pouncing on you the second you arrive. When myself and the guy in front of me (who was also a little taken aback) said yes....we have a reservation, he begrudgingly stepped aside. Word to the managers, while I know STK is popular spot...you don't need the door of your restaurant protected like it is military headquarters. Tell your man to chill out. It's no way for paying customers to start their evening. An unfortunate, unnecessary blip on an otherwise pleasant evening!More
We went to the ladies night and we had a lovely time but we were quite confused as the ad on Instagram we saw was 7-1am and so we booked a reservation for 7 but were told on arrival that it’s a 2 hour booking slot. This meant that we missed out on a lot of the good vibes later on in the evening which was a shame, had we known we would have booked for later. Aside from this we enjoyed the food and drinks we had, the steak was incredible.More
