Stone Lounge has now expanded to include a cafe, sit-down restaurant, and (soon?) rooms to rent upstairs. The whole enterprise is now House1923. The restaurant has only been open (under this ownership) for less than a year. The lunch entrees we had in the restaurant (Carmelized Chicken, Moussaka) were some of the best food that we've had in Cyprus yet. The service was friendly and responsive, not overbearing. Have visited the restaurant on the 14th of July with friends. Do not remember the names of the two gentlemen who have been serving us but they were extremely polite. To be honest food had been amazing. Especially the fried aubergine balls. For 11 people we have paid 176,50. Alcoholic drinks included. It is opposite the school and there is parking place at 20m. I have been here a few times and I would go again. Burgers are made of pork, not beef but taste ok. The older gentleman is very nice so every time I go, I hope that he will serve me. The younger gentleman makes you feel like you are a most unwelcome burden when you go to the counter to order. Should improve their vegetarian options. Play area for kids.Read more
