I have been a big fan of Texas chicken. I am seeing back to back couple of bad reviews . Today I had an experience for which I should commend shift supervisor Dinesh's hospitality. Yes the chicken gets dry if left on the holding area for too long which does happen when the movement is slow. I did highlight to the order taker where the supervisor did step in, apologized for my experience and immediately offered to replace the full meal without any questions asked. As much as we instinctively write bad reviews I think a little positive gesture does wonders in these tough times where we all are trying to do our best.

Usually this location is not crowded and you can always find a seat to eat your food . It is a small food court next to the petrol station . The service is fast and team is friendly. We ordered chicken burger and it was tasty and crispy . The taste is different than other chains but it is good also . It worth to try it if you haven’t try it before .

Visited the branch on E311 near IMPZ yesterday for lunch, I had a voucher for 2 sandwiches and a drink I added a honey butter bun, a piece of chicken, a serving of fries. Food was good as always, especially the honey butter bun( amazing) Chicken was tender and juicy, the burgers were moist. I paid at the till and then realized I was charged additionally for the cola, I checked with the team and was told that they upgraded my small drink to a medium. I didn’t ask for an upgrade. This was an unnecessary up sell that I didn’t ask for. Staff needs training on their offers and schemes

Recently tried out their Tex Supreme. Super quick service, received my orders within 5 minutes and the Tex Supreme burgers we ordered were large, spicy (just the way we asked for) and filling.
