The Docks Sport Pub

We love to come to Docks for food and drinks. They have good and delicious options. Happy hour till 8pm everyday, however they always do all day promotions for some beers - you can always check at the bar. Our favorite is calamari rings - we keep ordering them every time we come and I think it’s the best one in Dubai (crispy, tender, juicy inside). We probably tried all the menu and can’t fault anything, always fresh and delicious. Nice atmosphere, sometimes quite, sometimes busy but still you have your privacy and no one jumps on your head.

I live next door to this great pub so we do come here quite a bit, it really is a great place with good prices and staff is really lovely (especially Philip)! The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because there isn’t anything vegan besides a salad and fries. Please consider having at least one proper vegan meal if it’s a vegan burger/thai curry/noodles/pasta - anything! Thank you :)

I really wanted to give 5star ratings for the food & atmosphere. But giving them 3stars because, I faced a weird issue first time in Dubai, I got 50% discount with my Emirates Platinum. We were 4, they said if you pay by emirates platinum discount then not allowed to split the cheque. Which I heard first time in any restaurant in Dubai. Hope they will fix this issue. Rest, the best calamari, I even had in Dubai, so soft, I really want to thank chef for this amazing food. Atmosphere is good, nice vibes. Absolutely amazing place to hangout.

The Docks is one of my favorite game night spots. The most interesting part is that we went for the match and the place was packed. Even though the place is small and crowded, the serve was incredible. The drinks were served within seconds after you order and the empty halves were replaced as quickly as possible once you were finished. I loved the fact that they served mixed nuts in a bowl on the table as a pre-snack. For food, we ordered the Docks Platter that has Calamari Rings, Chicken Strips, Vegetable Spring Rolls and Potato Wedges. They usually serve chicken lollipops with this platter but they were out of stock for the day so they replaced them with chicken strips after confirming with us. The portions were pretty huge and perfectly enough for 2 people. We also ordered the Chicken Tikka pizza as the hostess suggested us that it is the spiciest one. We couldn’t finish the pizza as we were completely concentrating on the match and the platter. So we did a take away of the pizza. Finally, I ordered the Fresh Fruit Platter as I was hoping to eat something healthy. I must say that I really enjoyed the food and the hospitality from the Docks team. I recommend to check out their other daily options and offers as they offer a huge discounts on a daily basis.

Nice deco, big screens, top furniture outside. Valet parking available. We had stuffed chicken breast and grilled salmon. The sauce was great, the chicken died of old age. The salmon was on pub level, waiter changed the side on my request! No non smoking area in the whole pub, smoking areas only! No privacy. Other guests run around and film everything without any respect! Staff doesn't care.
