I enjoyed our visit there but at the same time it was also a little annoying. For starters it is way too crowded, if you are claustrophobic or get anxious around many people, do not come here. There is absolutely no crowd / cluster management here at all. You cannot even go bowling (unless you don't mind waiting for 3 or more hours), there aren't enough information boards around and the staff are not the friendliest or most helpful. You have to figure things out yourself. There are a huge amount of games (in terms of variety) but there are also some machines that don't work and are neglected. Each game one tries feels as if it has to be rushed considering that there are too many people and too little machines / games that can accommodate so many people. There honestly wasn't much to do though as we weren't able to explore much due to the large amounts of people. The prizes are also boring and limited and not to mention unreasonable, as the ticket asking prices are unrealistically high for the prize rewards, especially considering that no one can play enough games to get such unrealistic amounts of tickets. Speaking of tickets, I believe that we also get ripped off with the amount of tickets per game, I had beaten the set high score of the punching bag, it was 927 and my score was 993, however I received 50 something tickets only, which is ridiculous for beating a high score. All these issues aside though, I still enjoyed it nonetheless, I just hope that in future I could have a better experience.
