Horrible group check in experience.
The assigned receptionist Fatima and another guy were very rude , hard to communicate with them about our 18 rooms 3 nights stay status before guests arrival . Only get the answers due to hotel busy , we can get all rooms by standard check in time 3PM . When my group arrived around 2:30pm , I could not find this two assigned receptionists to help and reception team did not do what they promised such like 3 pm all rooms will be ready , before group came whatever the key of the ready rooms were printed. Instead by 3 pm , still 4 rooms were not ready !! Fatima and that guy who promised me to hand over my group were totally disappeared !!! Only one girl in the front office start to print the key and scan 18 passports by herself which really shocked me , nothing were ready but when you questioned them , they will give the answer the hotel is busy, excused me , I were here 3 hours before check in to help ur team to do the smooth check in , no body cares at all and just let the guest wait in the lobby , I complained to sale manger who is dealing with our group, he is very professional and offered the solution, such disappointed about all reception team of hotel , no team work, no communication with each other , no hospitality service and no hand over about what is going on, only talking like a machine to keep telling u because the hotel busy the rooms can be ready by 3pm, when it is 3 pm the stand check in time , u question them why the rooms were not ready , ur horrible front desk team still showing the bad attitude and telling u like a robot due to hotel high season the rooms can not be ready , excused me ? ??
