We have been in a few times for tapas and drinks but we fancied a sunday lunch so we thought we would give it a try we arrived around 13.00 to find the place packed and were on the verge of going somewhere else when a member of staff spoke to us and said table for 4 no problem be about 10 mins so we decided ok then 10 mins is no problem and good to their word we were seated within that time. We ordered a mixed meat and 3 beef dinners and as a family we all had the same opininion that the dinner was absolutely first class I could go on but really no need take our word for it you wont be disappointed portions are generous and well presented the staff we have encountered are also very very good The price also was a shock 4 dinners and 2 pints and 2 pints of coke for under £50 is great value imo We will be back and back again until we have a poor experience Well impressed its worth any wait trust me Read more

I usually love it here. The food is great, the atmosphere really nice and I always enjoy coming. The family came in last night for drinks following a meal. We came because we usually love it here. Last night was a real disappointment. There were 3 extremely drunk, loud and rude men at the bar. Now we ignored it mostly but at one point another customer asked at the bar where the toilets were and one man shouted at her to “follow her nose and stop wiping her snot on her hair” (as it had green dye in places) and the staff (who were just stood at the bar doing nothing talking to the men) didn’t say a word. The woman looked very uncomfortable. The staff last night were also disappointing, it was difficult to get served despite two bar staff and 10 customers, they answered the woman mentioned above by saying “the women’s bogs are over there”. The chef also took is clothes off in view of the bar in the kitchen and changed in front of us. There were other customers clearly looking uncomfortable too and we finished our drinks and left. Positives - gin was served nicely with fruit and proper glass and beer was cold and delicious. Pleased to say this is not our usual experience but left us disappointed and glad to leave.Read more
We came here as a family of four, after reading the good reviews and we weren’t disappointed. For our meal between the four of us we got 9 different tapas dishes. All the dishes were a good size and all tasted amazing. Then add in the drinks offer with two mini Prosecco bottle per three tapas. So we ended up coming away with six bottles. The staff were helpful and friendly. If you haven’t eaten here you should try it. Overall the family were happy with the meal and every one was stuffed with big smiles on their faces. For sure we will be back again. Thanks. Read more
