We went there for dinner and all the staff were really helpful and nice. Food was tasty. I would highly recommend this place.More
Excellent! Didn’t like the table we were seated at however the food was fantastic and service from Raj was great. Petit fours at the end were great. Pics below of the: scallops, beef tartare, cod and duck would recommend all!! Will be rebooking. More
Myself, wife and two children had a meal at this restaurant last night and throughly enjoyed it. The restaurants decor is stylish, clean, open plan and modern. The food was fantastic we had the 4 course tasting menu with wine pairing, we can’t recommend this enough. The courses were superb well presented and just enough for us to feel full but not uncomfortably for those who want a little more there is also 6 course option available also there is a great children’s menu. All front of house staff were fantastic professional and attentive especially our server Rahul he explained the menu well and ask our likes and dislikes to pass to the chefs so they could tailor the tasting menu for us. He also arranged for the owner Jason Atherton to sign a menu and have a picture with our children as he was in the restaurant dining with his family at the time, our children loved this big thank you to Jason for doing that for us. In summary if you like excellent food and fantastic service this restaurant will not disappoint. We are looking forward to our next visit! More
Amazing food and drinks. Roast dinner is a must!! Service can feel a bit rushed at times, we were doing the 3 hour social club package and felt like the staff were trying to rush us through the meals, would prefer a gap in between courses- there’s no rush we have 3 hours! However all in all, great deal and the food is amazing!! More
We dined here on Christmas Eve, we were on holiday from the UK and wanted to have a traditional Christmas dinner. We booked their festive brunch and the main course was really poor. We had the turkey and it was like something you would get frozen as a turkey roll and the gravy was curry flavoured?! Food either side of that course was good. We did a drinks package but we constantly had to ask for a refill and the venue wasn’t even busy. We had to pay in advance and that leaves you in a difficult position as you don’t get a bill on the evening. I did email the manager there stating our shortcomings and disappointment but just got an email back to say she would pass our feedback on. Looks like we are not alone on our experience as below is a review from Christmas Day which sounds like a similar meal to ours. We dine at a lot of Jason Atherton’s restaurants in London and have dined at Marina social before and it has always been good but I would definitely avoid for a festive brunch as it was definitely not worth it. We dined at Roka for Christmas Day brunch and that was on another level and it made us realise what a disappointment Christmas Eve here was.More
