The staff in Tides Restaurant are very attentive and helpful. Kudos to them for a great service. Chef Sharifah has been providing high quality food including grilled seafood and meat for several days duing our stay at this lovely hotel, and i cannot say enough good things about her professionalism and the service that she continues to offer us as guests. Today she prepared a really good quality, well seasoned grilled fish. I would highly recommend that you approach Chef Sharifah for your personalized meal when dining at Tides Restaurant.

TIDES, an all day dining restaurant at the Danat Jabal Dhana Hotel is one of their exotic and astounding restaurants, not  merely because of the amazing food at their buffet tables but also because of the cautious and attentive approach of the staff. Inspite of being busy over the counters of this buffet setup restaurant (extremely busy over from Breakfast/ Lunch/and dinner) the servers will make it a point to visit each and every table making sure that the guests are served and give in their personal touch to every table. The buffet is setup with Salads, soups, Meat, Fish, pasta. .. you name it they have it. Must mention that their menu does change each day so as to enjoy their unique dishes. We truly enjoyed their appetizing meals. We had the team leader at the restaurant Mr. Amal, server Evangelina greet us and impressed us with their polite yet professional nature and made us really feel at home. Would definitely like to compliment them for their attitude and positive approach to all customers.

It was a pleasant ambiance .The food was great. We had buffet and alacart. Panneer Fried Rice, rice and panner makkani and butter naan, and some cool drinks. I must mention some staffs for their kindness and friendly service ( Chef Shafirah, Chef Ravi Kumar, Chef Eldhose, Chef Sandeep, Chanda, and Salah. Highly recommend at Ruwais.

It was again a memorable dining experience. Had a wide range of menu including lot of option for kids. Hats off to all the staff members for there assistance. Special thanks to @hemanta on live counter for taking care of my princess’s demands.

Hotel restaurant with buffet style dining. They have a nice variety and the food is generally good. The breakfast is worth the extra charge when you book your room.
