I loved this hotel so much. Absolute great customer service. Everyone was so attentive and kind. They won my heart when they left me check out late fir free. Never happened in whole life. The beach is actually like in the pictures and they provide you with towel and ice bucket with water. I had a great session at the gym fully equipped. Taxis always available at the front gate. Only thing I felt could improve is the room smell due to the air con and the carpets. But after few hours you get used to it. Thank you so much I can’t wait to go back!!!

Saying for F1. Very clean room, nice chilled atmosphere. Had breakfast and lunch and have been looked after by Edith who has been very welcoming and friendly, as have been the rest of the staff. The sandy, white beach area is a nice place to chill and relax with calming chill out music in the background. There is a roofbar and pool which is ok. Relaxing day beds but nothing special. All in all, would stay again

Very helpful and smiling staff. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and well maintained. Check in was quick and without problems. The hotel has its own private beach and pool. Using the QR code on the table, you can order food and drinks directly to the room, which was very tasty.

Traders Hotel, What can I say. In few words, simply put, wowwwww. This place was spectacularly amazing. One thing that really stood out was the attention to detail. Staff were superbly attentive to my every need and were ever so accommodating. Never leaving a stone unturned Rooms were spacious as well as the bathroom. It was squeaky clean everywhere. Did not use the restaurants as they were a bit pricey but used the beach and pool which was awesome. The mocktails were refreshing and tasty. They even gave us complimentary chilled water in a cooler box and good quality towels at the beach and pool. Distance of the hotel is a bit far from the city centre so please plan accordingly for this. Kudos to the team at Shangri La Traders Hotel. You guys rock!

Superb team in all areas of the hotel. They couldn’t be helpful enough and always smiling!! Lovely location with a nice beach for lounging! Will be back
