Not satisfied with the customer service. Waitress is rushing and when i ask for ketchup because she did not serve me any ketchup even i ordered a sandwich, she came back instead of hand it over to me properly she just put it on my tray and she kinda trew it and move directly inside the kitchen. The grilled chicken is not as nice and the way they wrap the sandwich is not properly wrap. What disappointed the most is my upper inside mouth palate got burn and is now sore because the lady who had serve the sandwich did not even care to inform me that the grilled chicken in the sandwich is newly cook. Now my mouth is in pain and am having hard time to talk. Am really disappointed because i went to your place to buy food and end up getting hurt and now i can feel my burned upper palate because the waitress did not even care to tell me!

Their AC is not working since over ONE MONTH and they are not respecting their customers by not repairing it. I offered them to get a new AC if Wendy's don't have money and can't afford to repair it. When it stopped working I stopped going there (I was daily customer), after one month I came back (today) and was shocked it is still not working!! Hence writing this review, will never think to visit any of their branches in the world again, as it doesn't deserve to operate, I wish if there is less than 1 star. What a management!!!! Spoiling your name by yourself!!!!!!!

This is a small branch but the heart of the server was big. Customer service at its best. I tried the breakfast baconator. First time trying Wendy's breakfast. Really satisfied with the choices and generous with the selection of coffee. The server this morning at 8AM 02October has been so pleasant and courteous. I missed to get his name though.

Well this is one the coziest places ive ever eaten a burger at!! Delicious food for a very reasonable price considering its a dubai place, small little outlet in a gaz station next to Benghatti buildings and Marriott Hotel Friendly staff smiling while taking your order. Order was fast ( freshly cooked ) and delicious, couple of tables for indoor dinning. You can sit by the window and enjoy the burj khalifa view ( luckily the weather was very wintery so it made my time even cosier ), would highly recommend this joint if your ever in the neighborhood !!

I have been a committed customer of Wendy's.. But today it was absolutely unacceptable service provided by the lady at the counter right from the start when we placed the order at the counter, post that asked her to clean our table and she failed to do that. And towards the end asked us not to take extra cutlery from the counter when I picked up a spoon. This untoward attitude needs to be worked on irrespective of she having a bad or not. Hope this feedback is taken constructively.
