What is the DHL ENTERTAINER?
The DHL ENTERTAINER is a mobile application that offers unbeatable value with Buy One Get One Free offers at the best restaurants, spas, fitness, entertainment outlets and more.
How can I access the DHL ENTERTAINER?
You can access the DHL ENTERTAINER using the activation link provided. If you are eligible to access the app, your company will provide you with the details required to access it.
How long are DHL ENTERTAINER offers valid for?
The offers within the app are valid until December 31st of the given calendar year. Your DHL ENTERTAINER login access is dependent on the contractual agreement between the ENTERTAINER and DHL.
What are the restrictions on the offers?
DHL ENTERTAINER offers have very few redemption restrictions and are valid throughout the year, excluding some key public holidays. Please refer to the 'Rules of Use' for more information on the days when the offers will not be valid.
What happens if merchants close during the validity period?
For additional information on the acceptance and validity of DHL ENTERTAINER offers when merchants close, please refer to the 'Rules of Use'.
How many offers are there for each participating merchant?
Each merchant contains up to three offers, shown as either a percentage off or buy-one-get-one-free offer. When you redeem an offer, it will show as redeemed in all merchant locations. Once you have redeemed all three offers, all locations will be locked.
How many offers can I use at one time?
A maximum of four (4) Buy One Get One Free offers can be redeemed at one time for a group of 8 people or more. Refer to Group Size offer allowance below:
• 1 person = 0 offers
• 2 people = 1 offer
• 3 people = 1 offer
• 4 people = 2 offers
• 5 people = 2 offers
• 6 people = 3 offers
• 7 people = 3 offers
• 8 people or more = 4 offers max
Which languages can I use my DHL ENTERTAINER App in?
You can navigate the DHL ENTERTAINER in English only.
I forgot my password. How can I sign into the DHL ENTERTAINER App?
If you forgot your password, simply click on the “Forgot Password" link on the app from the login page. You will then receive an email with detailed instructions on resetting your password.
Do I need an internet connection to redeem DHL ENTERTAINER mobile offers?
Offers can only be redeemed through a Wi-Fi or 5G/4G/3G connection. Upon redemption, your account is updated, and the redemption is removed from your available offers.
How do I redeem an offer from the DHL ENTERTAINER App?
To redeem an offer:
• When requesting your bill, notify the merchant that you intend to redeem a DHL ENTERTAINER offer.
• Tap on the offer you wish to redeem.
• Ask the merchant to enter their PIN.
You'll then get a success screen showing your estimated savings amount.
If I go to a participating outlet and hit redeem on an offer on my DHL ENTERTAINER App, but find that they do not accept the offer for some reason, can I cancel the redemption?
You can cancel the redemption at any point until the teller successfully enters their merchant PIN. However, if the teller has entered their merchant PIN and the redemption is complete, it cannot be reversed. Mobile offers within the DHL ENTERTAINER App cannot be reinstated.
How do I retrieve the redemption code for a redeemed offer?
If you need to retrieve the redemption code to give to the merchant, please follow these steps:
• Click on the “Profile" tab found on the footer of the app.
• Click on “Savings History" and select the year and month of the redemption to pull up the Redemption Code.
I have redeemed an offer at one location, but the offer is showing as redeemed at all locations on my app.
There are three offers per merchant in the DHL ENTERTAINER app. When you redeem an offer, it will show as redeemed in all merchant locations. Once you have redeemed all three offers, all locations will be locked.
Do I have access to the Rules of Use via my app?
Yes, you can easily access the validity of the offers and Rules of Use from each Offer Screen and from the “Profile" tab on the app footer and from the “Help and Support" section.
How does the app work when using offers from the DHL ENTERTAINER Beauty & Fitness section? For example, when I go to a spa alone, how can I use my next offer?
After the standard redemption steps, the spa will provide you with a certificate/voucher for your next visit. The certificate/voucher will contain the exact details of your next complimentary treatment or service. You can use the certificate/voucher for another complimentary treatment for yourself during your current visit, extend your treatment, provide a complimentary treatment for a family member or friend to use during your visit, or use it for a complimentary treatment or service at a later date but before the expiration date of your product. These offers fall into the following categories: Spas, Medical & Wellness, Dental Clinics, Beauty, Hair & Nails, Gents Grooming, and Health & Fitness.
