What is MasterCard® Buy One Get One?
The MasterCard® Buy One Get One mobile app offers unbeatable value with “buy one get one free” incentives at the best restaurants, spas, hotels, fitness outlets, and more. The app was launched in March 2017 and offers “buy one get one free” offers, populated based on the type of MasterCard card you hold. The offers are powered by the ENTERTAINER.
How does MasterCard ® Buy One Get One work?
Simply download the MasterCard® Buy One Get One app on your Apple or Android smartphone, Eligible MasterCard’s issued in Hong Kong, Malaysia & Singapore will unlock the buy one get one offers. By entering your name and first 8 digits of your MasterCard® card your will unlock your buy one get one free offers.
What is the price of MasterCard® Buy One Get One?
MasterCard® Buy One Get One is free, to specific MasterCard® cards issued in Hong Kong, Malaysia & Singapore. You can download the app from the Apple Store or Google Play.
How do I know what kind of MasterCard® I have registered?
When registering on the mobile app you will enter the 8 first digits of your card. This information is used to determine your card type. Under your settings you will see what card type you have registered.
How do I make use of a MasterCard® Buy One Get One offer?
Have you found an offer that you would like to use simply tap on the offer you wish to redeem, and follow the redemption process when requesting the bill at the respective merchant outlet. For hotel offers, which function slightly differently, you should tell the hotel, at which you intend to redeem the offer, that you are using a MasterCard® Buy One Get One ENTERTAINER offer, when booking over the phone. Rules of Use and terms & conditions apply to all offers.
How many offers are available?
Your mobile app will contain more than 100 “buy one get one” offers.
For which destinations does MasterCard® Buy One Get One have offers?
MasterCard® Buy One Get One currently contains offers across around the world, including Asia, Europe, Middle East & Africa.
Does MasterCard® Buy One Get One have hotel offers?
MasterCard® cardholders have access to hotel offers via MasterCard® Buy One Get One.
For how long are MasterCard® Buy One Get One offers valid?
Offers are valid until December 30th 2017, excluding public holidays and other specific days, all of which are mentioned in our Rules of Use within the MasterCard® Buy One Get One app.
In which languages is MasterCard® Buy One Get One available?
MasterCard® Buy One Get One is currently available in English.
I have a new card do I need to inform you?
If you have the same type of card (e.g. World to World) from the same issuer there is no need to change your registered card. In case you have changed issuer or you have a different card type please send an email to customerservice@theentertainerme.com informing us of the change and highlighting your log in name as well as the first 6 digits of your new card.
2. REDEEMING OFFERS
How many offers does each participating merchant have?
Each participating merchant provides one offer.
How many offers may I use at one time?
A maximum of 4 offers may be used at one time. You may use 1 offer per 2 people and a maximum of 4 offers for 8 guests. In most cases, you must be using 1 offer for at least 2 persons visiting with any of our merchants, except for Beauty and Fitness offers which may be redeemed both times by the same person.
How do I redeem a MasterCard® Buy One Get One offer?
Simply search for the merchant offer within the app. Then, tap redeem and enter in your unique PIN. The merchant will then enter its respective PIN to acknowledge acceptance of the offer. The same process will be repeated to redeem multiple offers on the same bill.
Are there any restrictions on the offers?
When redeeming any of these offers at the respective merchant/s, you must pay using your MasterCard® card. Our offers have very few restrictions on the times or days when they can be used. They are valid throughout the year, excluding some key public holidays and exclusions. Please see the Rules of Use for more information on which days are excluded for your respective location.
What happens if a merchant closes during an offer validity period?
Please read the Rules of Use for additional information on the acceptance and validity of offers in our products.

Do I have to pay for the MasterCard® Buy One Get One app?
The MasterCard® Buy 1 Get 1 App is free to download and can be easily found on your smartphone’s app store. You will need to register your respective BIN (the first 8 digits of your 16 digit card number) to unlock offers in your app.
Can I access offers on different devices?
You can log into your account on up to 10 devices, so you can share your account with family.
Can I use MasterCard® Buy One Get One offers in other countries?
Yes. You can use your account across all locations and have as many products for different destinations on your account as you wish. Simply change the location in the app to the desired country/city where you would like to view and redeem offers.
I forgot my password. How can I sign in to the MasterCard® Buy One Get One app?
If you forget the password for your MasterCard® Buy One Get One account, simply click/tap on the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the website or app. You will receive an e-mail from us with detailed instructions on resetting your password.
Do I need an internet connection to redeem MasterCard® Buy One Get One mobile offers?
To redeem offers from the App you will need either a Wi-Fi, 3G or 4G connection. This is so your account can be updated and your redemptions removed from the available offers in real time. This means that if you are sharing the mobile product with a friend or relative, you will be able to see the offers available in real time. The merchant will also receive an e-mail once a redemption is made, this enables them to honor the offer and apply your discount as it verifies the redemption.
How do I redeem a MasterCard® Buy One Get One offer from the MasterCard® Buy One Get One app?
When you request your bill, you must notify the person attending to you that you want to redeem a MasterCard® Buy One Get One (powered by the ENTERTAINER) offer using your smartphone. Then, while the attendant is watching, you just tap to redeem the offer. Please be sure that the outlet is correct, as some merchants have offers that can be redeemed at more than one outlet. The app will prompt you to enter your 4-digit PIN. Once you have done this successfully, the app will ask for the merchant’s PIN. Simply ask the attendant to enter his/her merchant PIN on your smartphone, and once they have done this, you will get a confirmation notice on your screen. The attendant will most likely want to make a note of the reference number that appears on your screen, so you should allow them to do so. If you accidentally move past this, then you should access the redemption confirmation reference by going to ‘Savings’ and then ‘Redemption History.’ The attendant will then prepare your bill with the discount applied. The merchant will receive a receipt of the redemption via email, and this will contain the same reference number for security purposes.
If I visit a participating outlet and hit redeem on an offer on my app account only to find that the outlet does not accept the offer, can I cancel the redemption?
Yes. You can cancel the redemption at any point until the attendant successfully enters his/her respective merchant PIN. However, please note that a completed redemption cannot be reversed. You will not lose this offer as a new one will appear again.
Can I see how much I have saved?
Yes. Once you have successfully redeemed an offer, you will see an estimate of your savings. If you go to the ‘Savings’ tab within the app menu, you will see the estimated savings you have made since registering your MasterCard® Buy One Get One account.
Can I change the currency used within the app?
Yes. To change the currency displayed, simply go to the ‘Account’ tab and tap on ‘My Information’ to select your preferred currency.
Do I have access to the Rules of Use via my app?
Yes. Validity and Rules of Use are contained within the Offer Screen as well as within the ‘Account’ section. Click here to view our general Rules of Use.
How do I redeem more than one offer at the same time on the app?
You can currently only redeem one offer at a time within the app. So, if you want to redeem 4 offers at once, then you need to go through the process 4 times with the attendant and he/she will then produce your bill with the total discount applied.
How does the App work when using offers from the Beauty & Fitness section or products*?
The spa will accept your redemption and then provide you with a certificate, which you will need to present the next time you visit the outlet. The certificate will contain the exact details of the complimentary treatment or service to which you are entitled. You may use the certificate for:
• Another complimentary treatment for yourself during your current visit or to extend your treatment
• A complimentary treatment for your family member or friend to use during your current visit
• A complimentary treatment or service at a later date but before the expiration date of your product

Why can’t I access the MasterCard® Buy One Get One offers on the website?
Each MasterCard® Buy One Get One offer can only be accessed via our mobile app for the most seamless consumer experience.
