What is xperience?

xperience offers unbeatable value with 2-for-1 offers at top restaurants, spas, fitness outlets, entertainment across the Middle East. Registration is easy and free. Simply download the xperience mobile application (App) from the iOS or Android store and register using your email address and mobile number.

How do I register a new account on the xperience app?

It costs nothing to join xperience – simply follow the below steps and start enjoying the benefits.
1. Click ‘Register’ on the bottom of the app home screen and enter the requested details.

2. You will receive an email to confirm the registration of your xperience account.

3. Click on the link within the email where you will be requested to input your 16-digit Visa card number. We ask this to verify that you are a Visa cardholder and the card type to determine your xperience tier status. We do not store card details, and all data is entirely secure.

4. Once your Visa card is confirmed, you are registered and ready to start saving! Click on ‘Open App’ which will re-open the app. Once the app has opened will need to input your date of birth, nationality, and gender – this will allow us to better personalization your xperience experience!

How does the xperience work?

Download xperience from the app store into your smartphone. Follow the instructions to register an account. To redeem, simply tap on the Offer on your phone and follow the process to redeem it when you ask for the bill at the outlet.

Why do I have to input my 16-digit card number when registering my xperience account?

We ask this to verify that you are a Visa cardholder and the card type to determine your xperience tier status. We do not store card details, and all data is entirely secure.

How long do I have access to xperience?

xperience is an open app to Visa cardholders in the UAE, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Lebanon. You will have access to offers for as long as you have the App installed. Your xperience tier status depends on your Visa credit/debit card type.

Is xperience free?

Yes, xperience is free and available to Visa debit and credit cardholders in the UAE, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Lebanon.

Where is xperience available?

xperience is available in the UAE, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Lebanon. Stay tuned on our social pages for new location announcements!

How do I see the different merchants available within the products?

You can view merchants filtered by category and location, as well as search for specific merchants, offers and hotels. Enter your search terms in the fields and see which all merchants and offers are available to you.

What are the offer types?

Offers within the xperience App (Offers) are displayed on the App home screen and divided into four different offer categories: Food & Drink (2-for-1 Offers), Beauty & Fitness (2-for-1 Offers), Visa Offers and xperience Offers.

How long are 2-for-1 Offers valid for?

2-for-1 Offers are valid for one year, running from January 2nd until December 30th each year, excluding public holidays and other specific days – all of which are mentioned in our Rules of Use within the xperience App.

What are the restrictions on the Offers?

Our Offers have very few restrictions and are valid throughout the year, excluding some key public holidays. Please see the Rules of Use for more information on which public holidays by location.

How many Food & Drink/Beauty & Fitness 2-for-1 Offers may I use at one time?

A maximum of 3 2-for-1 Offers can be used at one time. You can use one 2-for-1 Offer per 2 people and a maximum of 3 2-for-1 Offers for six guests.
In most cases, you must be using one 2-for-1 Offer for at least two persons visiting with any of our merchants – Beauty & Fitness 2-for-1 Offers can be redeemed both times by the same person.

How do I redeem a 2-for-1 Food & Drink or 2-for-1 Beauty & Fitness Offer using the xperience App?

We’ve made our 2-for-1 Offers super easy to redeem. Simply follow the below steps:
1. When requesting your bill notify the merchant that you intend to redeem an Offer using your xperience App
2. Tap on the 2-for-1 Offer you wish to redeem
3. Ask the merchant to enter their PIN

Which languages can I use xperience app in?

xperience App is only available in English.

How do I log in via another device?

To log in on another device, simply download xperience from your mobile application store. Once installed, you can log into your account on one device. If you log in on another device, it will automatically sign you out of the old one. Ensure that you use the same credentials to log in.

How do I log someone out of my xperience account?

We advise our customers that they should share their account with trusted family members, however, should you need to log someone out of your account you can log into your account and select ‘Change Password’.

How do I reset my password?

Uh oh, forgot your password? No worries! Simply tap on ‘Forgot Password’, and you’ll receive an email from us with detailed instructions on resetting your password.

Do I need an internet connection to redeem xperience oOffers?

Yes, to redeem all Offers within the App, you will need to be connected via Wi-Fi or mobile data.

Can I cancel an Offer redemption?

You can cancel the redemption at any point until the teller successfully enters their merchant PIN. However, if the teller has entered their merchant PIN and the redemption is complete, it cannot be reversed. We are unable to reinstate Offers within the xperience App.

Do I have access to the Rules of Use via my App?

Yes, you can easily access the Rules of Use from each Offer in your App and via the profile settings in your App.

What are the different tier types in xperience?

With xperience, you get access to a range of exclusive benefits the second you join the program. Tier upgrades are according to the type of Visa card you have.
