What is YAHALA?

YAHALA is a mobile application (app) that contains exclusive YAHALA Card Offers coupled with hundreds of 2-for-1 and percentage discount offers at the best restaurants, spas, fitness, entertainment outlets, and hotel brands.

How can I get access to YAHALA?

Download YAHALA from the Google Play or App Store on your smartphone. Follow the instructions and register your YAHALA account.

What are the restrictions on the offers?

Your exclusive YAHALA offers have very few redemption restrictions and are valid throughout the year, excluding some key public holidays. See ‘Rules of Use’ for more information on the days your offers will not be valid.

What happens if merchants close during the validity period?

Head to ‘Rules of Use’ for additional information on the acceptance and validity of all YAHALA app offers. You can easily access the validity of the offers and Rules of Use from each Offer Screen and your Account.

Which languages can I use my YAHALA app in?

We’re bi-lingual! Navigate YAHALA in both English and Arabic.

I forgot my password. How can I sign into the YAHALA app?

If you forgot your password, simply click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the website or app. You will then receive an email with detailed instructions on resetting your password.

How do I log someone out of my account?

We advise our customers to only share their account credentials with trusted family members. Should you need to log someone out of your account, simply log in on the ENTERTAINER website, head to your dashboard and select “Change Password”

Where can I find YAHALA Card Offers in my YAHALA app?

Head to your app home screen and click on offers. On the right-hand tab, you will find YAHALA Card Offers. Click on this tab to access your exclusive rewards.

How many offers are there for each participating merchant?

Your YAHALA Card Offers can be used an unlimited amount of times.
All 2-for-1 and percentage discounts contains three offers. When you redeem an offer, it will show as redeemed in all merchant locations. Once you have redeemed all three offers, all locations will be locked.

How many offers can I use at one time?

2-for-1 offers – a maximum of 4 offers can be used at once. You can use 1 offer per 2 people and a maximum of 4 offers per 8 guests.

How do I redeem an offer from the YAHALA App?

YAHALA Card Offer Redemption
⦁ Present your YAHALA Card along with the YAHALA app to the participating merchant when requesting your bill.
⦁ The merchant will click redeem* on the app and request to see your YAHALA Card before applying your discount and/or offer.
*There is no PIN for the merchant to enter. They will simply need to click “Redeem” to apply the discount

⦁ When requesting your bill notify the merchant that you intend to redeem a YAHALA offer
⦁ Tap on the offer you wish to redeem
⦁ Ask the merchant to enter their PIN
⦁ The merchant will note down the redemption code in the next pop up screen

You can cancel the redemption at any point until the teller successfully enters their merchant PIN. However, if the teller has entered their merchant PIN and the redemption is complete, it cannot be reversed. We are unable to reinstate mobile offers within the YAHALA App.

If you need to retrieve the redemption code to give to the merchant, please follow the below steps:
⦁ Select a category such as Food & Drink
⦁ Select the three dots at the bottom of the screen
⦁ Select “Redemption History” from the menu list
⦁ Click on the offer you wish to take the number from

Hotel Redemption
⦁ Tap on the hotel you wish to stay at
⦁ Click ‘Book Now’
⦁ Complete the prepopulated email with any outstanding details required
⦁ Click send. The email will be sent directly to Faisal Barakat who will complete your booking

Online Service Redemption
⦁ Tap on the offer you wish to experience
⦁ Click ‘Book Now’
⦁ You will be re-directed to an external link where the offer will apply automatically through an exclusive YAHALA link
⦁ Book your online services on the 3rd party website

Do I need an internet connection to redeem YAHALA app offers?

YAHALA app offers can only be redeemed through a Wi-Fi or 4G/3G connection and, if specified, using your YAHALA Card. Upon redemption, your account is updated. If the offer is a 2-for-1 or percentage discount offer, the redemption will be removed from your available offers.

I have redeemed an offer at one location, but the offer is showing as redeemed at all locations on my App.

There are three 2-for-1 and percentage discount offers per merchant in the YAHALA app. When you redeem a 2-for-1 or a percentage discount offer, it will show as redeemed in all merchant locations. Once you have redeemed all three offers, all locations will be locked.

I forgot my password. How can I sign in to the YAHALA?

If you forget the password for your YAHALA account then simply click/tap on the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the website or App. You will receive an e-mail from us with detailed instructions on resetting your password.
YAHALA Card Offers are unlimited.

Do I need an internet connection to redeem YAHALA mobile offers?

To redeem offers from the App you will need either a Wi-Fi or 3G connection. This is so your account can be updated and your redemptions removed from the available offers in real time. This means that if you are sharing the mobile product with a friend or relative, you will be able to see the offers available in real time.

How does the App work when using a 2-for-1 offer from the Beauty & Fitness section*? For example, when I go to a spa alone, how can I use my next offer?

After the standard redemption steps, the spa will provide you with a certificate/voucher for you to present the next time you visit the outlet.
The certificate/voucher will contain the exact details of your next complimentary treatment or service. You may use the certificate/voucher for:

• Another complimentary treatment for yourself during your current visit or to extend your treatment.
• A complimentary treatment for a family member or friend to use during your visit.
• A complimentary treatment or service at a later date but before the expiration date of your product.
*These offers fall into the following categories: Spas, Medical & Wellness, Dental Clinics, Beauty, Hair & Nails, Gents Grooming, Health & Fitness.
