Friendly staff. Beautiful view of west bay. Spa has amazing deep tissue massage. Gym is always clean. Location is close to city center mall and grocery making it easy for residential life.

She not only met but exceeded my expectations, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. Cayla was not only professional but also incredibly personable, making my stay feel like a home away from home. She's a rockstar! And Sunny at the front desk deserves major props for hooking me up with a late check-out. Super easy-going and made my stay hassle-free. Nothing to complain about, if any will be hopefully the breakfast menu gets to change every now, it got pretty much the same after 4 days. Clean big room, prompt service by the people at the desk and also the daily cleaning team. Extra shoutout to Kelvin who works at the lounge duty, he remembers what I prefer to drink and had it ready before I had to ask from him whenever I sees him with a warm welcoming trademark smile of his !

We arrived very late (at 2am), the receptionist greated me with my name saying they are expecting us. He then asked for our outbound flight (8pm) and spontaneously offered free late checkout (at 4pm) so that we can enjoy hotel's facility until the very last minutes. The 2 nights stay was very pleasant, breakfast has varying choices for all the family. There are 2 swimming pools, an indoor and a smaller outdoor. Even though the hotel is very recent (opened for the 2022 football world cup), the style of equipments in the room looks a bit old school, but everything does its job.

During our stay at the hotel, we experienced excellent service from the very beginning - they prepared a late birthday celebration for my daughter, our rooms were filled with balloons, a birthday cake was provided, and my daughter was given a teddy bear as a gift. We were all immediately happy with this. Another thing we were happy about was being able to check out late. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable (2016, 2015, & 2013), with nice views. The housekeeping staff was approachable and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, with delicious and various selections. We were always looking forward to it. However, what really impressed us, was the friendly and professional Kelvin. Our experience at the club lounge was truly unforgettable, all thanks to Kelvin's outstanding dedication and commitment to ensuring our utmost comfort and enjoyment. From the moment we arrived at the club lounge, Kelvin greeted us with a warm smile and genuine hospitality. His attentiveness to detail and proactive approach immediately set the tone for a remarkable experience. Kelvin went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our time at the club lounge exceeded our expectations. His knowledge and passion for his role were evident in his exceptional service. However, what truly set Kelvin apart was his genuine care for our well-being and satisfaction. He consistently checked in on us to ensure we had everything we needed and was always ready to fulfill any additional requests promptly. His attentiveness and anticipation of our needs were remarkable, making us feel like valued guests throughout our stay. We believe Kelvin is a true asset to Le Meridien, and his dedication to guest satisfaction deserves recognition.
