What is Rewards ENTERTAINER?

Rewards ENTERTAINER is a mobile application (app) that offers unbeatable value with Buy One Get One Free incentives and discounts at the best restaurants, spas, fitness, entertainment outlets, combined with offers from worldwide hotel brands.

How can I get access to Rewards ENTERTAINER?

Access Rewards ENTERTAINER using your activation link. The app is used for partnerships with both employee benefits and/or customer benefits. If you are a customer of one of our clients who we have a contract with and you are eligible to access the app, they will send you the details to access the app.

How long are Rewards ENTERTAINER offers valid for?

The offers within the app are valid until December 31st of the given calendar year. Your Rewards ENTERTAINER login access is dependent on the contractual agreement between the ENTERTAINER and its client (the company you received the activation link from).

What are the restrictions on the offers?

Your Rewards ENTERTAINER offers have very few redemption restrictions and are valid throughout the year, excluding some key public holidays. See ‘Rules of Use’ for more information on the days your offers will not be valid.

What happens if merchants close during the validity period?

Head to ‘Rules of Use’ for additional information on the acceptance and validity of Rewards ENTERTAINER offers.

How many offers are there for each participating merchant?

Each merchant contains three offers shown as either a percentage off or buy-one-get-one-free offer. When you redeem an offer, it will show as redeemed in all merchant locations. Once you have redeemed all three offers, all locations will be locked.

How many offers can I use at one time?

A maximum of 4 offers can be used at once (regardless of which ENTERTAINER product the offers appear in). You can use 1 offer per 2 people and a maximum of 4 offers per 8 guests.

Which languages can I use my Rewards ENTERTAINER App In?

We’re bi-lingual! Navigate Rewards ENTERTAINER in both English and Arabic.

How do I log someone out of my account?

We advise our customers to only share their account with trusted family members. Should you need to log someone out of your account, simply log in on the ENTERTAINER website, head to your dashboard and select “Change Password”

I forgot my password. How can I sign into the Rewards ENTERTAINER App?

If you forgot your password, simply click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the website or App. You will then receive an email with detailed instructions on resetting your password. You’ll be back to saving in no time!

Do I need an internet connection to redeem Rewards ENTERTAINER mobile offers?

Offers can only be redeemed through a Wi-Fi or 4G/3G connection. Upon redemption, your account is updated, and the redemption is removed from your available offers.

How do I redeem an offer from the Rewards ENTERTAINER App?

⦁ When requesting your bill notify the merchant that you intend to redeem a Rewards ENTERTAINER offer
⦁ Tap on the offer you wish to redeem
⦁ Ask the merchant to enter their PIN
You’ll then get a success screen showing your estimated savings amount, which you can share to Facebook or Twitter for bragging rights and kudos.

If I go to a participating outlet and hit redeem on an offer on my Rewards ENTERTAINER App, but find that they do not accept the offer for some reason, can I cancel the redemption?

You can cancel the redemption at any point until the teller successfully enters their merchant PIN. However, if the teller has entered their merchant PIN and the redemption is complete, it cannot be reversed. We are unable to reinstate mobile offers within the Rewards ENTERTAINER App.

How do I retrieve the redemption code for a redeemed offer?

If you need to retrieve the redemption code to give to the merchant, please follow the below steps:
⦁ Select a category such as Food & Drink
⦁ Select the three dots at the bottom of the screen
⦁ Select “Redemption History” from the menu list
⦁ Click on the offer you wish to take the number from

I have redeemed an offer at one location, but the offer is showing as redeemed at all locations on my App.

There are three offers per merchant in the Rewards ENTERTAINER app. When you redeem an offer, it will show as redeemed in all merchant locations. Once you have redeemed all three offers, all locations will be locked.

Do I have access to the Rules of Use via my App?

Yes, you can easily access the validity of the offers and Rules of Use from each Offer Screen and your Account.

How does the App work when using offers from the Rewards ENTERTAINER Beauty & Fitness section? For example, when I go to a spa alone, how can I use my next offer?

After the standard redemption steps, the spa will provide you with a certificate/voucher for you to present the next time you visit the outlet.
The certificate/voucher will contain the exact details of your next complimentary treatment or service. You may use the certificate/voucher for:

• Another complimentary treatment for yourself during your current visit or to extend your treatment.
• A complimentary treatment for a family member or friend to use during your visit.
• A complimentary treatment or service at a later date but before the expiration date of your product.
