Maintenance of the hotel seems to start showing its age since last renovation. Booked a Club Room and was told we were upgraded at check in. But room did not seem upgraded. Also, due to restrictions there was no lounge available so we could not get service like usual ( refreshments 24 hours for example).

It's a nice place to spend the weekend with the kids. Pool is big, kids enjoyed the slide. Good food with good service. Staff are nice and cooperative. Beach is a bit far from the pool but clean. Crawls are everywhere and that is disgusting, it eats ur food and is always near u. Rooms are clean and sanitized( i could smell it)

Resort is quite. Suited for families. Adventurers should opt for the tower option in the hotel. Beach is good and quite.

The room filled with cockroach and broken handles 1) The staff is friendly and courteous BUT the receptionist gave us wrong room number and we had move to different rooms. It was hassle and killed some of our time. Not a very good start !

Huge selection of fruit and pastries etc at breakfast. Everything about this was ok highly recommendable. The hotel is more like an office building with slight narrow and winding corridors. Close to marina mall and Jumeirah Beach residence

Amazing hotel. Great place to stay for holidays with your family, pool is big and also slides for kids. Great service at the pool and for room service. The reception is also very good. Food at the restaurants and the buffet. In winter months the weather isn't extremely warm so the pool is an excellent choice to swim since it heated

Beautiful resort it was A lot bigger than i thought it would be. And the staff was Amazing, i travel a lot and this is the first time i ever left a review for any hotel or Resort. Everyone was very kind, polite and willing to help. I would definitely stay here again.
