We ordered a pizza and a burger and it was quite bad. The pizza was so full of garlic that we could not feel any other taste and we could not eat more than a slice. The burger was not tasty at all, very dry and basic. There are no other options for dining in the area, as the resort is in the middle of the desert so the food is quite pricey which is somewhat expected from a resort. However, we did not expect to have such a bad meal in a 5* hotel, quite dissapointed.More
The breakfast here was amazing, very tasty and a lot of variety. Staff was very helpful especially Anis who was very pleasant, quick eland responsive. More

It is the 6th stay at Bab al Shams and we are enjoying this nice Restaurant and we appreciate the Quick Service and the friendly atmosfere of all the staff.
