best hotel I’ve ever stayed at so sad my trip is over. Amazing friendly staff, especially those who seat customers at the restaurant. Hotel was so clean and the rooms stunning. Great location and great facilities. The pools were amazing loved the infinity feature on to the beach. Staff couldn’t do more for you and the choice of lunch or dinner was very helpful. So happy we decided to stay here hope to come back again!

It was a great experience. The atmosphere at the hotel was truly amazing. There are two swimming pools to choose from a stunning infinity pool right in front of the beach, and a tranquil rooftop pool. The dining experience was also great. The buffet for both dinner and breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of dishes to suit every palate. The location is conveniently situated, making it easy to explore the local area.

Awful. Advertised as a 5 star hotel but very far from it. Our room and entire hallway had an extremely strong smell of mold. The AC shuts off every time you leave the room and the temp goes to 78 degrees. Once you arrive back in the room it takes over 2 hours for the room to cool down. The hotel was also loaded with kids and felt more like a cheese all inclusive. The open concept bathroom was cool but not functional and the shower water splashed everywhere. Only plus was the location.

I don’t recommend this hotel if you more than 1 person you will regret it. Rooms are tight and rooms only serviced once a day . Towels won’t be refreshed and amenities are only on request. At breakfast you will be given only one coffee and when asked the second it never comes complained 3 times to the help desk yet nothing has changed!!! When decided it was enough and notified them 24hr before will check out still they charged an additional day due to cancellation policy but not take in account that you complained various times. There are much better hotel options in Dubai with good rates and better services

I wanted to like Andaz Dubai The Palm, but was disappointed by a few things. My review is quite subjective, and skewed towards a comparison with the Grand Hyatt Dubai ( a sister property) where we really enjoyed our stayed just prior to moving to the Andaz. First, the hotel feels cramped. The lobby is small and gets crowded quickly. The design of the hotel looks fun and modern, and the rooms look really nice, but sometimes prioritized form at the expense of function. The open concept bathroom is beautiful but splashes and leaks water into the sink area every time you take a shower. The massive one piece blind for the window is sleek but heavy to lift—-and uses a long chain that could be a choking hazard to children. Check-in took longer than necessary. All the information, including default credit cards were in my profile, but for some reason, we had to go through another credit card billing process. This was not necessary at the Grand Hyatt. There was also the time spent trying to upsell guests to Sometimes it’s not easy to get a taxi compared to hotels where taxi’s are queued up. There’s a shuttle to the Mall of the Emirates, but it could take over an hour due to multiple pickups from other hotels.
