Great view from ocean view room, should have more fun looking floaties than normal round regural ones, other than that everything was awesome.. looking forward to return when pandemic is over with more crowdMore
It is very relaxing to stay at Banyan Tree. They have an aromatherapy scent and the relaxing sound system is really success to make my stay very peaceful. The think they shuld improve is the availability of the kitchen utensils.More
Overall was a great experience, good view and breeze of the ocean. Upgrading audio system to bluetooth player could have enhance our stays experience. Services were excellent, foods were also great, definitely would come back. More
Went to a friend's wedding at this resort. This establishment used to be a 5 star luxury resort villa, but now it looks old and not maintained to the required standard. When we got in to our villa, there were so many problems such as broken fridge and wine chiller, electric switches not working, water in the bathroom yellow and dirty. We fully understood that maybe because of this whole Covid situation, the resort might be understaffed but these are all basic amenities we're talking about. The engineering team who tried to fix the fridge even argued with us about replacing the broken unit. The in-villa breakfast did not come until well pass 11am because there was a mixed up between the staffs with our orders. The food was really sub par and bland to say the very least. Overall I wouldn't really recommend anyone to stay here and considering the price, there are so many other options in the area.More
