I was expecting to taste a very delicious Indian food in that restaurant, but i give it a try and definitely i will be visiting agin to try more items from their menu

We came here on a Saturday evening and ordered Cream of chicken soup - 5/5 : 23 Dhs Had a creamy taste with flavorful, perfect consistency. Highly recommend trying it! Chilly Chicken Momo’s - 5/5 : 30 Dhs Had a crispy covering as they were pan fried momo’s, served with crunchy capsicum and sautéed onions in the sauce. Came with 5 pieces. Would recommend trying! Fish Amritsari Tikka - 3.5/5 : 42 Dhs Didn’t meet my expectations in terms of spices and flavors, but the cream dory fish used was fresh and was served on a sizzling hot plate. Came with 6 pieces. It wasn’t exactly worth the price either. Pani Puri- 2/5 : 20 Dhs Didn’t meet expectations at all, as the taste of the pani puri wasn’t that great and a handful of the puri’s were cracked underneath which just meant all the theeka pani was just dripping down. Came with 6 pani puri’s. Liked the presentation using the shot glasses. Chicken Handi - 3.5/5 : 42 Dhs The gravy was too tangy with all the tomatoes used and quantity was sufficient for 2 people. Butter roti - 4/5 : 6 Dhs Wasn’t worth the price of 6 Dhs each Aquafina water was charged 7 Dhs, which is much cheaper outside. -On the whole the lighting was good -Staff was omnipresent -It was quite hot despite the AC -All the food was served hot, service was really very quick -The activity sheet on the table was also fun to do -There is an 15% discount on Zomato Pro Definitely on an expensive side - $$, with a bill of 205

Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Order - Bhoujaan Restaurant, Motor City, Dubai Dear Owner, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and concern regarding a recent order I placed at your restaurant in Motor City, Dubai. My order included what was supposed to be vegetarian spring rolls. Upon receiving the order, I noticed something seemed off, and my suspicions were confirmed when I contacted the restaurant. Initially, I was reassured that the spring rolls were vegetarian. However, to my dismay, I later received a call stating that they were, in fact, chicken spring rolls. This situation is not only against my personal beliefs as a vegetarian but also poses a severe risk to my health as I have a meat allergy. Unfortunately, the gravity of my situation was met with insensitivity from your staff, who found amusement in the matter. Due to the misinformation and the subsequent impact on my health, I have reported this incident to the Al Barsha police station. Additionally, I will be reaching out to consumer rights organisation to address this matter formally. Furthermore, the ordeal forced me to take the evening off work and has caused me significant stress and anxiety. As a customer who recently moved to Dubai from London, I am appalled that such a serious lapse in service and disregard for customer well-being has occurred. I expect a thorough investigation into this matter, appropriate actions taken against those responsible, and compensation for the distress caused. I urge you to address this issue promptly to maintain the reputation of your establishment. Your manager who gave me the name of Matthew Gracias did not handle the situation correctly & in fact, lied to me about how this situation will be resolved. Jonathan Rodriguez is the name I've been given who put chicken in my food, both members were more concerned about getting in trouble with the owner rather than the situation and my health. I hope we can solve this, if not I have no choice but to take this further & to post this over social media and get in touch with the local press & media. Sincerely, Rajan
