Though me and my friend are regular customers however today's experience was horrible. Nachos not fresh. Onion rings were saturated with oil. Cheese sticks tasted super bad and under cooked. As for the wings well you can see the pic below how bad they looked like. Though the dish just came out of the kitchen however they were cold, tasted bad and they had a back taste. The staff are super nice and friendly and Nora took our complain seriously and highlighted it to her manager. By himself he did an amazing job listening to us and asking us if we are ok paying only 50% of our food. (Basically the wings dish we did not touch it), as he also asked us if we want the food for take away :( We paid and the Ella the waitress came and she apologised a lot and asked us if she can offer us some deserts. Buffalo wild wings i know you can do better than this and i hope my next visit will be as the previous ones before ( superb).More
Chicken wings are an all time favorite of mine, so it was a no brainer that a place like Buffalo Wild Wings would immediately grab my attention! I noticed this restaurant in December of last year, what with it's vibrant designs and sports bar-like trappings, yet I didn't get to dine there till end of May; smack in the middle of the coronavirus hullabaloo that the entire world is unfortunately experiencing!☹ Upon entering, a very polite KRISTINE took my temperature, and guided me to an extremely comfortable booth-like seat. The restaurant is very clean, airy and spacious with warm wooden decor and sleek black leather accents. There are multiple T.Vs featuring football (soccer) matches, and a busy bar area, so it definitely has a sports bar vibeto it. My waitress was VANESA. She was sweet, professional and knew the menu very well. There was 5, 10 and 15 pieces wings options. For 5 wings you can only chose 1 sauce; for the 10 pieces, it was 2, and for the 15 piece, you could have 3. They also had boneless wings. I wasn't very hungry, so I ordered the 10 piece traditional wings. The wings came with the regular sides of celery and carrot sticks, and then you could choose from either a ranch or blue cheese dip. I always order blue cheese with my wings, so I decided to go with ranch for a change this time around. The choices for the wings sauce were fabulous, and endless too! I chose Mango Habanero and Medium Buffalo. I ordered a mocktail called Mango Peach Fusion Juice. Though the sauces were tangy and tasty, the wings however, fell a little short in the taste department. I honestly expected to be blown away when I come to a place called Buffalo Wild Wings. Their wings are supposed to taste 'out of this world', but they just didn't. My drink was also very disappointing! It tasted like something out of a kid's juice carton or one of those cheap can sodas, like Rani (no offense). The wings took a long time to be served, even though I was the only customer in the restaurant. I did notice a lot of take-away orders being dispatched; perhaps that's the reason why. I thought it was good value for money, even though I would have liked to see the wing combo platters come with a side of fries, onion rings, coleslaw or potato wedges. Those you had to order separately. Even though I didn't have an altogether positive experience at Buffalo Wild Wings, I will definitely consider returning, and perhaps try other wings sauces and sample some of the other items available on their varied menu. All in all, it's a beautiful restaurant, with very good service and I would recommend it.More
good food and atmosphere. liked the table football, darts, balloons and paper hats. Only disappointment was the table next to us who were extremely noisy and this was not picked up by the staff- which spoilt an otherwise excellent family visit.More
This has been one of my daughter’s favourite restaurants since it opened. The last two times we have visited we have found the quality of the food and the service is not what it used to be. They do not serve local or filtered water. Instead they opt to import bottles of Aqua Panna to sell at a ridiculous amount. This is not acceptable and is not good for the environment. We have perfectly good local water available in the UAE. It took 20 minutes to receive a bottle of water. It was then dumped on the table without being opened. It is a top that requires a bottle opener! After ordering Diet Coke I was served full sugar. The food itself was very basic and not particularly tasty. This will be our last visit to this restaurant. I have visited this restaurant 2/3 times and tried a variety of dishes and I can honestly say the food is low quality and the prices are high for what you get. Everything is very salty, the chicken does not taste fresh and it has fat mixed with it (not a particularly good sign), the ambience ok, the food average. You can get much better options with the money they charge you here so I would not recommend it. More
