It is easy to book the cruise, their respond very quickly with all the information you need. Everyone are polite including the staffs on board the boat. Left the harbor a bit late but overall the experience is really good. The staff on board even offered to take pictures of the guests. Very friendly. We love the experience.

We deal with yousuf who was standing on the field and dealing with us have a very bad attitude to deal with customers he don't know how to speak with customers and he is telling people go find someother place and book. I just want people like them owners is loosing business. I came there to boom the yacht for 50 feet long and said to him let's book but while going down he was unable to provide satisfied answers. Time 4:30 at Saturday same day.

Could book online but as they offered multiple slots we turned up. They couldn’t let us go out as we weren’t the minimum number despite us offering to pay the difference. They then said the boat was broken but would be fixed 30 mins later so we came back an hour later. Still not fixed and they kept trying to put us off. Gave up in the end. Bad communication, bad service and cannot recommend

Fabulous trip today! Lovely friendly staff on board our trip which included Marina Canal, the Dubai Eye and the Palm Atlantis. We booked and left 10mins later. Well worth it

We booked for 3PM. finally canceled and asking us to wait 2,5 hours till the next. Finally they did a good discount for a private trip of 45mn and it was nice.
